Nickelback 'Rockstar', nothing comes close.

3 of a Kind's Baby Cakes. Ugh, everything about this is awful, really cannot stand it at all. How was this number one?!

I actually like Rockstar, although it's mainly to do with the fact that it was a childhood favourite of mine. :P Nickelback get far more stick than they deserve to be honest.

 

Baby Cakes isn't that bad either in my opinion.

'Shine' is my highlight of the Take That discography! I love the Muse track too but 'We No Speak Americano' is vile, probably my least favourite of the "novelty" dance tracks.

 

Crazy Frog is the first thing that I can think of.

I loved We No Speak Americano at the time, but it has aged very badly and is easily the worst out of the novelty dance trio that is Loca People/Bom Bom/itself.

it's mainly charity singles that come into this - my absolute worst song of all time is the awful 'is this the way to amarillo', absolutely AWFUL. I was like the only one who hated it at the time, while everyone was loving it and singing it everywhere. :puke:

Beyonce's 'Single Ladies' for me is the worst song ever, horrible horrible noise. :( Fatman Scoop's 'Be Faithful' second.

Lucky by Britney Spears is pretty tragic.

I HAVE to agree with Doug, Amarillo is AWFUL and yet everyone loves (or loved) it :puke: Can't really think of any else that stick out but there are obviously a lot of songs I really dislike :lol:

Indie songs at clubs are the WORST. Sex On Fire / Mr Brightside / Bet You Look Good On The Dancefloor need to die.

Oh, and the worst songs of 2012 in my opinion have to be Owl City's Good Time and Rita Ora's Shine Ya Light.

 

Those songs make me feel nauseous when I hear them. :puke: I tried to listen to Shine Ya Light earlier but it's a wonder that my ears are still here. :(

this is basically ENTIRELY the reason why I've come to hate it so much. there is just NO NEED.

The former is AWFUL to hear out in clubs. I'll take Mr Brightside as it's good normally when not being overused but Sex On Fire is intolerable.

500 Miles I just mention because I can't remember too many songs that aren't recent that I loathe (and it's pretty basic and annoying). In those terms 'Turn Up The Music' is rapidly moving up on my all-time shit list.
