How many of the year's top 10 songs (and their artists) can you recall, or in some cases spell correctly, in 20 minutes? I just played it after having literally just made the quiz and only got 144/200 so don't be disheartened if you can't quite get all of them :D

 

(Tip to save a lot of effort - just a surname will suffice for most of the artists).

Most of the correct ones I got both song and artist. However some only artist/songs were;

 

Britt Love (Music Makes You Lose Control) - This one was by chance, I typed in 'love' and got this.

Nordpolen (När Mitt Blod Pumpar I Dig) - Couldn't remember how to spell the title.

Indigo (Frida Sundemo) - I knew it was a Frida, could not remember her last name.

Non E L'Inferno (Emma Marrone) - Didn't remember her last name.

Grimes (Genesis) - Got this in the dying seconds, didn't have enough time to type Genesis.

Stay In This Moment (Alex Saidac) - Another last name issue.

 

And I remembered all the winners except Run Boy Run. :drama:

I got 150/200 when I did this earlier. And I thought I had too good a BJSC memory - some I just drew blanks on - nearly forgot one of my own top 10 entries as well until I started to type 'September'.

I only managed 91/200! :drama:

Not great, but then I blanked those 2 contests I wasn't in the final.

Was surprised at getting as many as 136/200!

I gave up! As if people wasted 20minutes of their life doing this!

I got 134 for this! Spent most of the twenty minutes trying to remember how to spell Nar Mitt Blod Pumpar I Dig but I got it in the end! :D I think XLII was the contest I remembered the least from.

Oh fuck I misread this as name OR artist :drama: I still got 62 though, which isn't too bad considering.

Have made a new BJSC related Sporcle quiz but I'll just bump this thread instead of making a new one. Match the current BJSC countries to their capital cities:

Numayania's capital is definitely an 'old' one but it's the only one I could find. PRoJ's may also be old. Utopia are left off this quiz entirely as I can't find a capital for them anywhere (checked both when they registered and in their national thread).

 

I wonder what it is about capitals beginning with the letter 'C' - literally a quarter of the currently active BJSC countries have capitals that begin with 'C' (myself included).

I got 25 :o Quite surprised I got that many! It was a mixture of remembering some from when countries have hosted things and capital names that relate to the name of the country or their poster.

Predominantly the newer countries I couldn't remember.

I couldn't name a single capital city that isn't my own. Actually, I remember 'Cherry Tree City' (guess who!) but that's it!

I love my capital, one day the BJSC will be brought there and everyone will celebrate forever. ^_^

I got 28, unsurprisingly as it's only a few months since I sourced them all for BJSCL.

Okay, turns out I got 20, so I know more than I think. Shouldn't be proud of knowing this.
