So glad Gabrielle has done so well with this, I really hope her next single 'Please Don't Say You Love Me' can do just as well!

Yep, definitely a non-number one! Beautiful song though! Wonder if it will plummet after Christmas though, as it's debatable as to whether it's a Christmas song.

I wouldn't say its a non-number 1, she's already had 6 weeks top 10 - a lot more than what some #1s manage! :kink:

How many horses are involved in the race?

I believe it could be two, although it's not been made very clear.

'I Knew You Were Trouble.' is good but I guessed it would have low peak (compared to its itunes position) thanks to 'Gangnam Style' and 'Troublemaker'. Whilst I like it, I think Figure 8 does 'dubstep infused' choruses far better.

Taylor  Hope this can keep rising over the next few weeks and maybe even beat WANEGBT's peak!

Never thought I'd be this happy to see Taylor Swift in the top 10. Really hope this can outpeak 'WANEGBT'.

Third trouble-related top 10 hit in 11 weeks following Leona Lewis/Childish Gambino 'Trouble' and Olly Murs/Flo Rida 'Troublemaker', obscure fact fans.

But if you look at the rest of it's chart run, it is. And I doubt people will remember it as number one in a years time.

I can see 'I Knew You Were Trouble' having a #3 peak in the new year.

I Knew You Were Trouble.

So, PSY is above even Taylor and Olly this week  Gangnam Style really isn't going away any time soon

I've heard it at every possible volume and I still think it's shit.

The chorus grates on me, she sings it in a stupid accent. Also that "shaine braight like a daimond" bit. :puke2:

That chorus is Rihanna natural range isn't it? I always thought her 'normal' singing voice is rather deep when she isn't forcing it

Troublemaker! I f***ing love this song!

But if you look at the rest of it's chart run, it is. And I doubt people will remember it as number one in a years time.

How can you say that? You don't know what the "rest of it's chart run" will look like yet, it's still in the Top 10 and won't be disappearing from the Top 40 for a little while yet.

I Knew You Were Trouble.....then Troublemaker

Never thought I'd be this happy to see Taylor Swift in the top 10. Really hope this can outpeak 'WANEGBT'.

And fourth this year including Taio Cruz in January!

(25) Alex Day-Stupid Stupid

Fun record, but this tune is stupid stupid

But if you look at the rest of it's chart run, it is. And I doubt people will remember it as number one in a years time.

I don't think we've had any proper "non-#1s" this year. I think every #1 hit will end up in the top 100 of the year this year, whilst in previous years we've always had 1 or 2 miss out.

Not only is troublemaker such a glorious pop song, it makes me smile because we had to endure weeks of 'but strictly gets the better ratings!!!!!!1111!!!1111 from Girls Aloud fans before release week.
