Josh Groban keeps getting missed off these updates :P Currently #78. Surprised at how well he and Miles Kane are doing.

Surprised at how well JME is doing, didn't realise he was relevant!

All of JME's singles since last year have at least gone top 100 on iTunes, '96 F**kries' was very nearly an official top 40 hit (knocked out at the last second by Etta James' death effect). Surprisingly his last single missed the top 100 officially despite featuring Wiley, would have thought that and 'Can You Hear Me? (Ayayaya)' would have helped out.

I forgot about 96 F**kires actually, maybe it's not that much of a surprise then!

I don't think JME is necessarily bigger or more "relevent" than some other MCs, but he uses Twitter so much, which comes in useful when he has a single to promote, and everytime he has a song out he's got all his celeb friends tweeting about it.

If Wiley's song goes to #1, it'll be the 3rd ever drum & bass #1 hit. No doubt in the future we'll lose count of them!

But really I'd most like Harlem Shake to be #1, but I don't think it'll happen.

I see 'Harlem Shake' is down to #5. Will Little Mix give it a boost?

Little Mix need to give their own song a boost, not Harlem Shake of all songs!

Why isnt 1d going all the way down already?
"Now" looking unlikely to make the top 10 has made me ever so slightly bitter about "Pompeii" smashing. It's a good enough track but if one of those two was going to bring on a wave of imitators I know which I'd rather.

That is AWFUL. Its 6 comments in over two days is a testament to how dire it is.

LOL at an obvious joke video prompting such a reaction. Cool your tits.

Anyway, :yahoo: at Bastille top 10.

The Saturdays should forget cracking America. Why not Europe? Germany, Italy, France, Sweden even the Netherlands have lucrative markets. Plus Asia - Thailand/Korea and the like LOVE pop music!!

It does seem they've been too fake and artificial and their singles are getting worse. Hiring Sean Paul is desperation and the biggest sell-out ever. I hope people see sense and don't buy it so it punishes them.

The girls died in my eyes after "30 Days".

It's slowing down now, so looks like a 110ish smash for Dido. Unless she does some promo this week which blatantly won't happen.

They're just like the likes of JLS, One Direction, Conor Maynard and Rita Ora. 0% about the music and 100% about the fame and money.

They were a stillborn in my eyes. Never really took off. Always had a few decent pop songs but lacked any real imagination lyrically, musically and stylistically. After crying when 'Missing You' went from #1 in the midweeks on Friday to #3 on the official chart, it really showed how they're only passionate about one thing - a number one. I bet they'd rather have a 130k selling #1 rather than a 300k #11.

I really hope Icona Pop shit all over them during release week but I can see WAU being The Sats first #1. <_<

Sadly, this seems to be a way with a lot of artists. I think another reason is a flat-lining economy and caring about fame is their way to success. To these acts it's not about the music at all. If the Sats were bona-fide - they'd accept flop albums, #38 singles and the rest.

Bastille  6 (loving this song!)

Gabrielle  25 (doing very well since it was re-added the other day)

:cheer:

I know right. <_< Crying because you're single went in at "only" #3 is absolutely pathetic. They really do deserve to flop with that attitude.
