Ha Nicole down to #10  looking more likely #6 to #8 in the official chart come Sunday. How the mighty has fallen.

I don't know when she was mighty exactly  The sales of her two #1s were pretty appalling.

I wonder if the Saturdays follow the pattern and fall to #10 by the end of the week... BUZZJACK MELTDOWN :heehee:

Can Mirrors just stay at #1 forever, please? Especially since the four tracks below it are UTTER SHITE.

And does anyone know why Outkast are back? Never forget <3

I'm sure 'Don't Hold My Breath' had decent overall sales?

What was her other #1?

59p

Morning update: http://www.buzzjack.com/forums/index.php?s...t&p=4242685

59p songs in the top 100:

:ne: 75 Jimmy Eat World - The Middle

:ne: 79 Natasha Bedingfield - Unwritten

 94 Ke$ha - C'mon

:ne: 95 OutKast - Roses

I want these to get top 40 one day again! Ugh. Nice to see them three enter the top 100 though

Sorry if it has been already answered, but I missed it, why is Christina Perri back? DVD release of Twilight?
Yep, that's what we're all assuming anyway :P I wonder if it'll be performed on XF this year?

No, they won't. Because unlike Nicole, they have AIRPLAY.

'Mirrors' forever and ever and ever (until 'Euphoria gets knocked down to 59p in time for her performance on ESC this year :drink:)

Outkast are back, just thanks to being 59p. It's my favourite Outkast song

She's had ONE #1 single.

Her only #1 single sold 440,000+ and went gold.

Your knowledge is appalling.

I really hope Icona Pop exceed expectations and completely smash with 'I Love It' next week. I can't believe UK tv/radio have snubbed it despite it being a global hit and it's also becoming a hit in America! Sometimes it makes me ashamed to be British. :(

Yeah I think you're right about America to be honest. Its top 20 on their itunes. I can only assume they thought it was likely to flop so can repromote it in a few weeks when its bigger in America. It does seem odd though, I'd assumed that Radio 1 would have supported it.

It is also odd Radio is ignoring Passenger so far, its been top 10/#1 in several countries, its even shooting up in Australia. Hopefully both songs will get support at some point.

Anyone noticed One Direction gaining momentum?

It's almost at #3 now, can honestly see it returning to #1 next week after their Comic Relief performance.

Please don't bring the thread down - a top 2 next week of Sats & 1D would be horrific.

Hopefully Justin + Pink can stay put and remain the top 2

Tbf Nicole has never really had much success in the UK with radio if you think about it. 'Poison' was only really relying on the XF performance, 'Right There' only went top 3 (and top 10) due to her BGT performance and 'Try With Me' only did something because of another XF performance. 'Wet' did okay for a fourth single but DHYB is her only hit that got to where it was on merit rather than a high-profile performance - besides 'Boomerang'.

Don't Hold Your Breath had loads of TV performances too, even before its release.

The Pussycat Dolls should've just stayed together tbh. They had better songs, and were much, much more successful.

Well there was Jai Ho, but I guess that was pretty big. I must admit I meant Poison, that was iTunes #1 right? Still her best song IMHO

Icona Pop has been pushed back to June 2nd, I assume they're gonna push for it when it has the "hit in America" tag attached to it.

Even though a year later then the rest of Europe I think it has a summer smash wrote all over it, rather then a cold March smash :P

Best case scenario for me. Until Alyssa releases her new single on Tuesday and slays all. I can totally see this:

1. Alyssa Reid - Running Away - 1.0000

2. The Saturdays - What About Us (feat. Sean Paul) - 0.0001

:coffee:

Jai Ho wasn't a #1 either

It's Poison vs DHYB for me for her best :lub:

But poor Nicole, I don't think people should be ~laughing~ at the fact she's falling.

Fair enough if you don't like the song, but she's done a lot more promo than a lot of acts have done :(

I think Nicole has done alright really, considering the lack of radio support.
I think people are forgetting that Nicole has another version at #45. She's done great with no airplay. Capital have just playlisted her so her airplay should actually increase!

17. The 1975 - Chocolate

30. Gorgon City - Real (feat. Yasmin)

46. Kendrick Lamar - Swimming Pools (Drank)

74. Sing King - Need U (100%) (A Tribute to Duke Dumont and a*M*E)

75. Haim - Falling

77. DJ Zinc - Only for Tonight (feat. Sasha Keable)

89. Benga & Kano - Forefather

Didn't expect Yasmin to go back in the top 40 but yay for her! Kendrick so high is pleasing too!

35. Mario - Let Me Love You

36. David Guetta - Titanium (feat. Sia)

82. Daft Punk - Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger

YAY for these old songs returning, especially Daft Punk as we haven't seen that in the chart for ages!
