I'm Team PJ and Duncan this week! Was ace to see it on Saturday Night Takeaway - a good, fun song!

Nothing for The Sats fan to cry about anyway, you probably didn't think they'd get a #1 ever about 3 months ago - let alone 2 weeks there!

This week's Number one is in the bag for PJ & Duncan Their Lead Just Keeps on increasing

Saturdays No 2 Version Now On 72.85%(3.56%) = 76,41

and if it does get close they will have saturday night to try and get more crucial sales

Oh dear at Pj & Duncan's lead, hopefully they start decreasing more than the other artists tomorrow, I think they will freefall at a comical rate come Wednesday and will no doubt end the week at around #05 on iTunes.
They actually had another single (that was a cover) as well, but it missed the top 10. I never heard it outside the time I went to listen to it to see what it sounded like though, so it's not surprising it missed the top 10.
Yeah there cover of Waterfalls didn't do that well but I don't think anyone really expected it to do that well anyway as it was a cover an popular TLC song I think it was a bad move to release it as a single but I think this new one should get there momentum back.
A brief clip of PJ/Duncan's performance was played just before Corrie tonight, so it looks like ITV are really pushing them.
If we get to Friday's mids and Let's Get Ready To Rhumble has any shot at #1 then I'll probably download it. :D

I'm with you on this. :D

Well its looking likely they'll get the midweek no.1 but officially I don't know. Possibly. They can't believe it on twitter.

This really is something! O.o All ur faves are officially, as they say, SLAYED.

(hopefully to be slayed again next week when Duke Dumont [hopefully] runs RAMPANT over this chart)

Nelly up to 10

:manson:

At least it was 1D that got knocked out though

I think the sheer force of The Saturdays reaching #1 has opened up some sort of wormhole to a bizarre alternate universe where things like this can happen. If so I look forward to what the future brings - 'Dragostea Din Tei' revival please :D

And YAY for 1D being kicked out of the top 10 at long last - and actually by a decent song instead of Taylor or Pitbull.

What a lead for Ant and Dec. :o P!nk getting close to overtaking The Saturdays, combined!

I wouldn't go quite that far, but it's still rubbish.

Of all the 1994 tracks to suddenly do well, why this one?

It was awful back then and it hasn't aged well either.

But it was NEVER meant to be serious and was always meant to be "awful". That's the appeal of the song. Dandy* (I think it was him) said it perfectly. It's a HUGE "guilty pleasure" song, in that you know it's terrible, but there's just something to it! (He compared the song to the likes of 'Ice, Ice Baby' and 'U Can't Touch This' and he's spot on with that comparison).

If that Stooshe song gets as good airplay as 'Love Me' and 'Black Heart', then they could be on for another top 10. Probably low top 10 though. There's something extremely annoying about Stooshe it seems. They seem too in-your-face and try-hard. Especially that Emeli lookalike.
Completely get what you mean. Aside from 'Black Heart', I've found them a bit "too much". 'Love Me' was crap and 'Waterfalls', it was nice, but wasn't really needed. This new one's decent enough, but it'll only last about 5 plays before I get sick of it. I can still very much listen to 'Black Heart' though
Ready to Rumble is starting to decrease now as it's dark red! Thank god! Hopefully they start falling at a comical rate that will allow The Saturdays to overtake them on Wednesday!

Do you know any adjectives other than comical? It wasn't even that appropriate the first time around...

The Mend only at #97? :o I thought they would do a 'ReConnected' this week.
