March 31, 201313 yr It's a shame Chris Brown's "Turn Up the Music" got such mixed reviews. Personally, I felt it was poor in comparison to the dance numbers from F.A.M.E (Yeah 3x and Beautiful People), but still enjoyed it. The shame is that Brown's best material, his ballad-work (i.e. "Don't Judge Me") always goes unnoticed in the charts. Do we reckon this week was Pitbull and Christina's last chance to jump into the T10? It was near the bottom end for most of the week and with "Thrift Shop" having multiple versions, it could well miss out.

March 31, 201313 yr This Is Alphabeat is classic. :wub: I prefer Boyfriend to Fascination, though! DON'T YOU TOUCH MA BOYFRIEND, HE'S NOT YOUR BOYFRIEND, HE'S MINE Boyfriend is my favourite off their debut, but as a whole their second album was FAR stronger and showed some real-good progression (DJ :wub:). 'Fascination' is pure, pop GOODNESS. (My first ever personal chart number 1! :wub:) That whole album is incredible. I liked the 90's inspired album 'The Spell', but didn't quite love it, not even a quarter as much as I loved 'This is Alphabeat'. I don't know why, but I haven't got round to listening to their latest album... I might have to give it a spin at some point this week... Give it a listen Jon (it's my least favourite, but it's still a fun listen)!!
