I'm not 100% sure, but I think the woman is Ms. D again. I don't know why she hasn't been credited though.

March 31, 201313 yr Radioactive was #2 on US iTunes last time I checked! :o Even if It's Time doesn't get a proper release here, it'll get cherry-picked a lot from the album when it gets released, I'm almost certain of that.
