I think Luisa is perhaps my favourite of the series so far.

She was my favourite from the start as well, but she's got more bitchy and irritating as the weeks have progressed.

I'm enjoying tonight's episode so far!

Yeah! Mainly because she's started to bring out her bitchy side.

I take this show as a comedy, have done for years, so my early favourite tends to be the one that entertains me the most in then it pick a more serious one later in the process.

Okay, I've changed my mind, Luisa was fabulous in the board room then - appreciating her a lot more now :D

Rebecca was my least favourite of those 3, so happy with that. And delighted that Leah won!

I liked Rebecca! Luisa's attitude was a bit brash in the boardroom but she was speaking a lot of sense. The PMs just need the balls to bring Jason back into the boardroom as he'd surely go!

I bloody hate Francesca. What a biased person.

Natalie to go next please.

Didn't expect Rebecca to be fired, although she's not really been up to much. Thank god Natalie was on the team that won, though! <3

Poor Rebecca. Done nothing for a good 3 episodes, but she was still my favourite. A very random firing, and as much as I like her, Francesca probably should have gone. I was really hoping Rebecca would outlast Luisa though, who essentially spent this episode making up for 2 episodes of me not despising her. A part of me still hopes she makes interviews, if only for the mess it would inevitably cause.

Favourites are now Jason and Dr Leah, the latter of whom has now apparently decided her role in the show is the Crazy Psycho Bitch, which is always enjoyable. I like that Natalie's 'comeback' after her warning was essentially to say absolutely nothing through the entire task as well.

I really like Alex, Neil and Jordan this year. Although I'm not sure whether this is for business acumen or the fact that I have slight weird crushes on them, particularly Jordan

I feel sorry for the poor girl. I think she's just intimidated by the prospect of putting herself at the centre of the task in case it goes belly up and she ends up back in the board room.

Luisa turned around my opinion of her tonight, she's still a little annoying but she's more individual and can speak up more for herself than Francesca who is just being a BORE right now - would have liked to see her go, although Rebecca isn't much of a loss. As did Neil, he was actually amazingly competent tonight to go with his big ego.

Still hoping for Jordan to take the win and for Jason to go as far as possible because I want to wait as long as possible for his (surely) heartbreaking firing.

I'm not overly heartbroken by the firing, although of the three it should've been Francesca. I'm over the moon that Luisa stayed, if only for her bitchy quips and looking down her nose. I'm glad that Leah won as PM, if only because I like her as a candidate, but both teams did shockingly bad overall. I think it was just a poor idea in general - I can't see the producers bringing it back for the next series. Neil remains a cocky shit - if only he'd been brought back to the boardroom last week to be knocked down a few pegs!

Such a cringey episode.

Neil has got this series in the bag I reckon. He's the only one who has not been slaughtered by bad edits. Leah has gone from a strong contender, to being so flat. Lusia still in with a shot though, if she proves herself to Lord Sugar. Jordan, Kurt and Natalie are all dead men/women walking.

I'm 99% sure Luisa didnt win The Apprentice, it was her 26th birthday on Tuesday according to her twitter page and her colleagues at her normal job gave her a birthday cake. So this obviously means she is not working with Alan Sugar now and the programme was filmed in Autumm last year.

I'm glad she stayed though, the programme will be boring when she leaves and there wont be any fit ladies left.

Jason is a complete waste of bloody space. Such a blithering moron.
Highlight of this episode for me was:

Sugar: "you seem like an awfully nice fellow, but..."

Jason (whilst Alan is still talking): "aww. thank you kindly for those words Lord Sugar"

I love Jason, even though he has shown absolutely NOTHING. What IS he good at, if he's not really inputting into ideas much or not selling etc..? I agree with Iz, that his firing is going to be (deserved, but) heartbreaking  I have no idea who my favourite is atm, but this Series is Neil's for the taking. Hope Jordan goes soon, he seems arrogant and tough, but really he's sensitive and he seems like he'll break down any minute. Luisa stood up for herself, but my GOD she's annoying. I think Natalie's playing a good game though. I think she's a dark horse.

I'm glad she stayed though, the programme will be boring when she leaves and there wont be any fit ladies left.

Natalie and Leah say HELLO.
