June 21, 201313 yr A physical has been released - I saw it in HMV on Wednesday. It has no cover, but has a sticker on the back with the tracklist and credits. A bit of a lazy effort if you ask me... You do realise it has no cover art for the same reason it had no pre-order and no singles/videos?
June 21, 201313 yr I wasn't won over by Yeezus on first listen but I'll inevitably Spotify it to death over the next few weeks, glad it won't be Kodaline at #1 and Black Sabbath holding on would inevitably mean weaker sales. Arctics at 12 means top 10 seems assured - they're still a good 60% clear of #10 on iTunes, it's just a case of whether they can catch the current #9 given Tom Odell will climb as well.
June 21, 201313 yr Author Robin Thicke seems to be slowing down quite a bit seems the track has done 32k since Tuesday, that's 16k per day, I reckon another 35k on top of 92k, total for the week 127k to 130k. If Icona Pop are going to drop this weekend, it could easily overtake Robin Thicke next week, as I think Robin will probably just about crack 105 to 110k next week, maybe less. Its going to be an interesting chart next week :D

June 21, 201313 yr HMV had tons of copies of Yeezus when I was out yesterday. It's so bizarre seeing a blank CD case with just a sticker on the back, I'm sure it's supposed to be arty but imo it takes pretentious to another level :lol:

Such a slow burner, I wonder how many weeks it can have in the top 40 ultimately, I don't see it ever going top ten but it will have a strong final tally, will probably finish as her biggest selling hit in years. Her 2005/8 hits came out in such weak sales periods, I guess her last big selling single was Against All Odds in 2000 :o

Her 2005/8 hits came out in such weak sales periods, I guess her last big selling single was Against All Odds in 2000 :o According to her Top 20 Best Selling Singles on MTV, 'We Belong Together' has sold 240k+, 'Touch My Body' has sold 120k+ and 'It's Like That' doesn't appear, so has sold less than 100k. Not sure how old the list is, but I imagine if it is from 2010-ish, then 'Touch My Body' could be nearer to 140k now as I think it would a decent trickle seller. Therefore '#Beautiful' may not overtake if it is only on 67k to date.
