No. The highest it's peaked WORLDWIDE has been #3. No higher than that anywhere. Even if she got X-Factor I doubt she'd go to #1. The song is shit and nobody cares about GaGa this era.

Not in the singles chart anyway. Although they were both scoring big hits around that time (Love the Way You Lie, California Gurls, Not Afraid)

 

They both had big album campaigns in 2010 and now are returning at the same time together this year. It's kinda cool. :P

Eminem finally forcing Katy to pull her release forward I guess (not that she'd have any trouble beating him anyway). Goodbye 4th week at #1 for 'Burn' :P But even 3 is very impressive for what doesn't feel like one of the year's big hits. Similar to Lily Allen's 'The Fear' I guess.
