Amazing that Lethal Bizzle got another top 40 hit. It's far from his best song though, in my opinion.
By contrast to the last two, this is an excellent song. Probably the best song on the album other than "Pompeii"
Ooh, that's better! I've really come round to loving this after initially being underwhelmed at first, just very glad to see they won't be complete one hit wonders. Overjoyed still needs to be released though :(

Biography

With a "cheeky chappy" persona to match Robbie Williams and vocals reminiscent of original Pop Idol Will Young, former call-center worker Olly Murs was one of the success stories of the 2009 season of The X Factor, finishing runner-up to Joe McElderry in the hotly contested final. Born in Essex in 1984, Murs showed little interest in singing while at school, focusing his attention on football, where he played for the school team and later semi-professionally for local non-league team Witham Town. In 2007, he appeared on Deal or No Deal, where he won a lowly £10, but it was his performance of Stevie Wonder's "Superstition" on the sixth series of The X Factor that enabled him to show off his talents. Mentored by Simon Cowell in the live stages, he wowed judges with renditions of songs by the Beatles, Queen, and George Michael and soon became the favorite to win the show. However, despite a duet with musical hero Robbie Williams in the final, Murs finished a respectable second. In 2010, he signed a six-figure record deal with Epic/Syco Music and embarked on the sold-out X Factor arena tour. After being personally invited by Williams to play at the televised charity football event Soccer Aid, Murs released his first single, the Jason Mraz-inspired "Please Don't Let Me Go," in August. His debut album, featuring songs written by Eg White, Scouting for Girls' Roy Stride, and Wayne Hector, was released in 2010. The record produced three U.K. Top 20 singles, with "Thinking of Me" and "Heart on My Sleeve" racking up chart positions alongside the debut number one "Please Don't Let Me Go."

Murs took a short break from his musical career in late 2011 to present the eighth season of The Xtra Factor — a spinoff behind-the-scenes look at The X Factor — returning to the program that shot him to fame. His experience with the dynamics involved in the show and his upbeat character made him a firm favorite with the audience — as well as flirty co-presenter Caroline Flack. During the recording of each show, Murs was working on songs for his second album with writers Steve Robson (Lily Allen, James Morrison) and Claude Kelly (Kelly Clarkson, Backstreet Boys). The first single from his second record, "Heart Skips a Beat," featuring U.K. hip-hop duo Rizzle Kicks, was released in summer 2011 and swiftly became a hit. The full release, In Case You Didn't Know, followed in November and secured his first U.K. number one album. The following year, Murs opened for sprightly boy band One Direction on their North American tour and re-released the "Heart Skips a Beat" single, replacing Rizzle Kicks with Philadelphia rap duo Chiddy Bang, to coincide with the shows. Also in 2012, Murs released his third studio album, Right Place Right Time, which included the single "Troublemaker," featuring rapper Flo Rida. ~ Jon O'Brien & Scott Kerr, Rovi / iTunes

Album Discussion Here

'Party Right' is okay for what it is - I have to admit I laughed a bit at the lyrics (although I swear he said 'blame it on the Jews' at one point?!) but what a bizarre out of nowhere new entry. Not even had R1 support and as someone said earlier it comes after 'They Got It Wrong', with a much more well-known featured artist, only got as high as #74  I do know of Ruby Goe though because Pavel sent her to BJSC once.

Big climb for 'Things We Lost In The Fire' yay! Not too far off the peak of 'Flaws' now :D Good to see another new peak for 'Right Place Right Time' too.

Right Place Right Time  Already being heavily used as X Factor background music, hopefully it can go top 20. ♥
Nice climb for Olly here
Olly had number ones in 2010, 2011 and 2012. It looks like he will miss out on the top spot this year. :(
Who's the fifth new entry then?

Great to see Bastille in the top 30, now if only Laura Palmer did this well too :(

Ah. Good point there.

Must be Ben Pearce, but that means he has really exceeded expectations from me.

I think he was saying 'blame it on the juice' (as in alcohol) :P

Great to see Right Place Right Time not being a total flop.

Biography

Producer Shahid Khan, aka Naughty Boy, pursued music seriously after he dropped out of university and worked a number of unsatisfying jobs. He debuted in 2006 with the single "Phat Beach (I'll Be Ready)," but his first major work was his songwriting and production for Chipmunk's "Diamond Rings," a playful ska-rooted single that featured a pre-fame Emeli Sandé and reached the Top Ten in his native U.K. in 2009. The next year was bigger, highlighted by productions for Professor Green, Tinie Tempah, and Wiley (the Top Ten "Never Be Your Woman"), all of which involved Sandé. Khan then worked extensively on Sandé's breakthrough 2012 album Our Version of Events. That October, he released the solo single "Wonder," with Sandé returning the favor as the song's lead vocalist and co-songwriter. "La La La," featuring Sam Smith, was released in May 2013 and topped the U.K. chart, which set the stage for Hotel Cabana, Khan's debut album for Virgin. - iTunes
