Video here: 0FBFVLunYA4 Biography Cher /ˈʃɛər/ (born Cherilyn Sarkisian; May 20, 1946) is an American singer and actress. Recognized for having brought the sense of female autonomy and self-actualization into the entertainment industry, she is known for her distinctive contralto singing voice and for having worked in various areas of entertainment, as well as continuously reinventing both her music and image, which has led to her being nicknamed the Goddess of Pop. Cher became prominent in 1965 as one-half of the folk rock husband–wife duo Sonny & Cher, who popularized a particular smooth sound that successfully competed with the dominant British Invasion and Motown sounds of the era. From 1965, she had established herself as a solo artist with successful singles such as "Bang Bang (My Baby Shot Me Down)", "Gypsys, Tramps & Thieves", "Half-Breed", and "Dark Lady", songs that deal with subjects rarely addressed in American popular music. Goldmine magazine's Phill Marder described her as the leader of an effort in the 1960s to "advance feminine rebellion in the rock world [and] the prototype of the female rock star, setting the standard for appearance [and] attitude". After the duo's drug-free lifestyle had lost its popular appeal in the United States owing to the drug culture of the 1960s, she returned to stardom in the 1970s as a television personality with her shows The Sonny & Cher Comedy Hour and Cher, both of which attained immense popularity. She became a fashion trendsetter with her daring outfits. After Cher and Sonny divorced in 1975, Cher experimented with various musical styles, including disco and new wave, before becoming a successful live act in Las Vegas. In the early 1980s, Cher made her Broadway debut and starred in the film Silkwood, which earned her a nomination for the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress in 1983. In the following years, she starred in films such as Mask, The Witches of Eastwick, and Moonstruck, for which she won the Academy Award for Best Actress in 1988. She made her directorial debut in the 1996 film If These Walls Could Talk. At the same time, she established herself as a rock singer by releasing platinum albums such as Heart of Stone (1989) and successful singles such as "I Found Someone" and "If I Could Turn Back Time". Throughout the 1990s and 2000s, Cher continued to experiment with musical styles, including R&B and dance. She reached a new commercial peak in 1998 with the song "Believe", which features the pioneering use of Auto-Tune, also known as the "Cher effect". She has not toured since the 2002–2005 Living Proof: The Farewell Tour. In 2008, she signed a $60 million per-year deal to headline the Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas for three years. The 2010s kicked off with Cher's return to the big screen in Burlesque. In 2013, she released her first studio album in over eleven years, Closer to the Truth. The album became her highest-charting solo album in the United States to date. Cher has won an Academy Award, a Grammy Award, an Emmy Award, three Golden Globe Awards, and the Best Actress Award at the Cannes Film Festival, among several other honors. Her other ventures have included fashion designing, writing books and managing the film production company Isis. Recognized as one of the best-selling music artists of all time, she has sold more than 100 million solo albums and over 40 million records as Sonny & Cher worldwide. She is the only artist to date to have a number-one single on a Billboard chart in each of the past six decades. ~ Wikipedia Chart history (Year peak title): 1965 01 I Got You Babe (Sonny & Cher) -1- 1965 05 All I Really Want To Do -1- 1965 11 Baby Don't Go (Sonny & Cher) -1- 1965 17 But You're Mine (Sonny & Cher) -2- 1966 13 What Now My Love (Sonny & Cher) -3- 1966 03 Bang Bang (My Baby Shot Me Down) -1*- 1966 42 Have I Stayed Too Long (Sonny & Cher) -4- 1966 43 I Feel Something In The Air -1**- 1966 04 Little Man (Sonny & Cher) -1- 1966 32 Sunny -2**- 1966 44 Living For You (Sonny & Cher) -2- 1967 29 The Beat Goes On (Sonny & Cher) -3- 1971 04 Gypsys, Tramps And Thieves -1***- 1972 08 All I Ever Need Is You (Sonny & Cher) -1- 1974 36 Dark Lady -1****- 1987 05 I Found Someone -1*****- 1988 47 We All Sleep Alone -2*****- 1989 06 If I Could Turn Back Time -1'- 1990 11 Just Like Jesse James -2'- 1990 43 Heart Of Stone -3'- 1990 55 You Wouldn't Know Love -4'- 1991 01 The Shoop Shoop Song (It's In His Kiss) -OST- 1991 10 Love And Understanding -1''- 1991 37 Save Up All Your Tears -2''- 1991 43 Love Hurts -3''- 1992 31 Could've Been You -4''- 1992 33 Oh No Not My Baby -1- 1993 37 Many Rivers To Cross -2- 1993 72 Whenever You're Near -3- 1993 66 I Got You Babe (1993) (Sonny & Cher) 1994 35 I Got You Babe (Cher With Beavis And Butt-Head) -OST- 1995 01 Love Can Build A Bridge (Cher, Chrissie Hynde & Neneh Cherry With Eric Clapton) -NAS- 1995 11 Walking In Memphis -1'''- 1996 07 One By One -2'''- 1996 31 Not Enough Love In The World -3'''- 1996 26 The Sun Ain't Gonna Shine Anymore -4'''- 1998 01 Believe -1''''- MILLION SELLER 1999 05 Strong Enough -2''''- 1999 12 All Or Nothing -3''''- 1999 21 Dov'e L'Amore -4''''- 2001 08 The Music's No Good Without You -1'''''- 2013 25 I Hope You Find It -AT- Album Discussion Here This tune give Cher a chart hit in her 6th decade as a recording artist. and I think it is a good tune

Born in 1992, Maynard had been singing since a young age, but it wasn’t until 2008 that he posted his first video — a cover of Lee Carr’s “Breathe” — on the video sharing site. Throughout 2009 and 2010, Maynard continued posting cover versions of artists such as Chris Brown, Taio Cruz, and Rihanna, while amassing a considerable following from users subscribing to his YouTube channel. Maynard’s cover of American R&B artist Ne-Yo’s “Beautiful Monster” caught the attention of the singer/songwriter, prompting Ne-Yo to make contact with the rising star. At the end of 2011, MTV U.K. hosted their Brand New for 2012 competition, which enabled fans to vote for their favorite up-and-coming artists. Joined by Lana Del Rey, Delilah, and Lianne La Havas, among others in the competition, Maynard went on to win, picking up 45-percent of the votes. A month later he announced that he’d signed a deal with EMI subsidiary Parlophone, and in April 2012, he released his first single, Can’t Say No. Maynard’s debut album, Contrast, followed three months later and saw him working with a whole host of producers and guest vocalists, including Pharrell Williams, the Invisible Men, Ne-Yo, and Rita Ora. - iTunes Chart history (Year peak title): 2012 02 Can't Say No -1- 2012 04 Vegas Girl -2- 2012 08 Turn Around (Conor Maynard Feat. October 20, 201312 yr Has Cliff not had a top 40 entry this decade? When he does it'll be 50s-now!! Love Seeing Cher's' chart history, no hits between 1974-87!! Not this decade yet. I believe he's releasing a new album before Christmas, so that could change.
October 20, 201312 yr Nice to see Iggy in the top 10 I guess, I'm not a massive fan of Change Your Life though.
October 20, 201312 yr 3rd mediocre song out of 3 for Iggy then. Beat Down would've been a much more worthy top 10 :(
October 20, 201312 yr No worse than you about Emeli and any other pretty boy who can barely sing a note babe. Watch not take it too personally x

October 20, 201312 yr Not since 2008.My memory (and also Wikipedia) recalls "Singing The Blues" making top 40 in 2009? I know it still means he hasn't made it in this decade. Also, this is the LOWEST VOICE I'VE EVER HEARD *.* Edited October 20, 201312 yr by riserjordanFM
October 20, 201312 yr 8 Wilkinson - Afterglow [D] http://a2.mzstatic.com/us/r30/Music/v4/33/fc/af/33fcaff0-9282-451c-cd89-8b730833b30d/13UAAIM67463.170x170-75.jpg Chart Run: 8 [1 wk] Release date: 13-10-2013 Format: download only single Label: Ram Records Video here: I9QGpHScGug Biography Hailing from the leafy suburbs of South West London is Ram Records’ Wilkinson. His first insight into making music came at the age of 9 when his parents bought him a drum kit. Mark ‘Wilkinson’ joined a few bands and was playing at venues as far as the Birmingham NEC and as close as the local old peoples home. This swiftly ended at the age of 14 when Wilkinson discovered his passion for dance music amongst other things. In his final year at college Wilkinson tried his hand at making beats in the college studio, this lead to him buying his first bits of production gear and turning his bedroom into a studio. A few years and part time jobs later, after driving his family mad with large amounts of bass loosening the brickwork of his house, Mark secured himself a studio not far from his home. After fine-tuning his production skills, Wilkinson passed a few songs on to Hospital Records via Cyantific, which led to his first release on Hospital Records’ Sick Music 2 compilation. A few months later Wilkinson sent a folder of tunes to Ram Records and within days received a phone call from Andy C inviting him for a meeting at the Ram Records HQ. October 2010 saw three of Wilkinson’s songs featured on Andy C’s Nightlife 5 album and releases including ‘Moonwalker’/‘Samurai’, ‘Refuge’, ‘Get Into It’ and the mighty ‘Everytime’/‘Overdose’ doing damage across dance-floors worldwide, winning fans from Skream, Mista Jam, Chase & Status and High Contrast in the process. Since then Mark won the ‘Best Breakthrough Producer’ award at the National D&B Awards 2012 and has remixed Chase & Status, Example, Nero, Professor Green, Wiley and Jakwob to much critical acclaim. He’s also currently working on production projects for Relentless, Atlantic and Island Records. 2012 saw Wilkinson up the levels once more, releasing the mighty ‘Automatic’ in the summer, followed by the hit record ‘Need To Know’ feat. Iman which topped the iTunes Electronic chart, was championed by the likes of Zane Lowe, Annie Mac and Nick Grimshaw, was Sara Cox’s daytime Record Of The Week and spent 4 weeks on the Radio 1 playlist. Hotly tipped to do big things across drum & bass and electronica, Wilkinson released ‘Take You Higher’ to much critical acclaim, again topping all D&B charts and receiving numerous daytime Radio 1 spins. Following on from ‘Heartbeat’ feat. P Money & Arlissa which again topped all d&b charts and was playlisted across BBC 1Xtra, Wilkinson releases ‘Afterglow’ ahead of his debut album on Ram Records titled ‘Lazers Not Included’ this Oct 2013. He continues to tour worldwide from Sydney to Berlin, Barcelona to Brighton with his dynamic and energetic DJ sets including festival performances this summer at EDC Las Vegas, Mallorca Rocks, Exit, Nass, Global Gathering & Bestival.
