December 1, 201312 yr Jake Bugg is more 60s/70s than 90s though. For me Jake Bugg sounds a lot like the Oasis in the 90s, but it must be said at that time Oasis in the 90s sounded a bit 70s (like Beatles) :D
December 1, 201312 yr Half of those will go nowhere near the top 40. No doubt it will be the X Factor winner by a mile with guest stars from the final making up most of the other top 10 places (fingers crossed Gary performs Face To Face with Elton John, brilliant pop song).

(UK) Sales: 100k+ Video here: an4ySOlsUMY Biography Ellie Goulding is a British vocalist whose music finds the balance between electro-pop and indie folk. Born in Hereford, England, she later moved to the country's east coast to study drama at the University of Kent. Goulding had developed a love for folk music as a teenager, and her time at University also exposed her to electronica. After two years, she took a break from her studies and moved to West London, where she pursued a career as an alternative singer/songwriter and befriended producers like Starsmith and Frankmusik, who gave her songs an electro-pop twist. In 2009, Goulding began building an audience via the internet, where early tracks like "Starry Eyed" and a cover of Sam Sparro's "Black & Gold" were posted on taste-making MP3 blogs such as Discodust. Goulding soon graduated from the blogosphere to print media, gaining praise from mainstream publications like The Guardian and fielding offers from record labels. She ultimately signed a major-label deal with Polydor Records and began making preparations to release her debut album. In the meantime, she penned songs for Diana Vickers, Gabriella Climi, and others. During the final weeks of 2009, Goulding topped the BBC's "Sound of 2010," a poll conducted by British music critics and industry insiders to identify new talent. Building on that momentum, she released Lights — a sparkling debut album that splashed Goulding's vocal flutter across a landscape of acoustic and synthesized instruments — in March 2010. Lights topped the U.K. charts during its first week and spun off a Top Five single, "Starry Eyed," which also charted well in Ireland and New Zealand. Later that year, the album was re-released as Bright Lights, featuring seven new recordings (including a cover of Elton John's "Your Song," which peaked at number two). In 2012, Goulding returned with her sophomore album, Halcyon, which showcased an even more sonically adventurous, electro-pop-infused sound. In 2013, a deluxe reissue featuring ten extra songs was released, entitled Halcyon Days, it acted as supplement to the original release. ~ Andrew Leahey & Jason Birchmeier, Rovi / iTunes Chart history (Year peak title): 2009 53 Under The Sheets -1- 2010 04 Starry Eyed -2- 2010 26 Guns And Horses -3- 2010 19 The Writer -4- 2010 12 Wonderman (Tinie Tempah Feat. The band consists of Tom Fletcher (lead vocals, guitar and piano), Danny Jones (lead vocals and guitar), Dougie Poynter (backing vocals and bass guitar), and Harry Judd (drums). They were signed to the Island Records label from their 2004 launch until December 2007, before creating their own label, Super Records. McFly rose to fame after fellow band Busted helped launch them by inviting them to tour in 2004. In 2005, they won the Brit Award for Best British Pop Act. McFly's debut album Room on the 3rd Floor debuted at number 1 in the UK Album Chart and is certified as double platinum; this led to them becoming known as the youngest band ever to have an album debut at number 1—a title taken from The Beatles. A month after the album was released, the band had their first UK headlining tour. The band's second album, Wonderland, which was released in 2005, also charted at number 1 in the UK. Their third album, Motion in the Ocean, was released on 6 November 2006 and charted at number 6 in the UK. McFly released their All the Greatest Hits compilation album on 5 November 2007, which charted at number 4 in the UK. The band's fourth studio album, Radio:Active, was given away for free as a supplement in The Mail on Sunday on 20 July 2008, before being released in the conventional manner (via physical release) on 2 September 2008. As of November 2010, McFly have had eighteen consecutive top twenty singles, seven of which reached number 1 in the UK Singles Chart and fifteen of which were consecutive top ten singles. In 2006, McFly appeared as themselves in the film Just My Luck, starring Lindsay Lohan and Chris Pine. They released a U.S. album, Just My Luck, which was also used as the film's soundtrack. The group has also performed at various charity projects such as Comic Relief, Children in Need, Live 8, Sport Relief and Earth Hour. To date, McFly have sold more than 10 million records worldwide. - Wikipedia Chart history (Year peak title): 2004 01 5 Colours In Her Hair -1- 2004 01 Obviously -2- 2004 03 That Girl -3- 2004 05 Room On The 3rd Floor -4- 2005 01 All About You / You've Got A Friend -1- 2005 01 I'll Be OK -2- 2005 03 I Wanna Hold You -3- 2005 09 Ultraviolet / The Ballad Of Paul K -4- 2006 01 Don't Stop Me Now / Please Please -1- 2006 01 Star Girl -2- 2006 03 Sorry's Not Good Enough / Friday Night -3- 2007 01 Baby's Coming Back / Transylvania -4- 2007 03 The Heart Never Lies -1- 2008 02 One For The Radio -1- 2008 04 Lies -2- 2008 18 Do Ya / Stay With Me -3- 2010 06 Party Girl -1- 2010 04 Shine A Light (McFly Feat.
