One of my mum's favourite artists and she used to play her songs quite a lot.
February 9, 201412 yr Ah right, from the previous post it sounded like you wanted to slay her, which seemed a bit extreme! oh
February 9, 201412 yr Crying for No Reason  Like I said in that lounge thread, the lyrics in this are so relatable - Katy deserves all the success she's getting - hopefully she can go to #1 with her album. It's a lovely song.
February 9, 201412 yr Great stuff for Maximo Park. I downloaded that album yesterday. Looking forward to hearing it, same for Within Temptation! :D

During 2005-2007, he also helmed tracks for Pussycat Dolls, John Legend, bandmate Fergie, the Game, Ciara, Nicole Scherzinger, and Macy Gray. His solo career consisted of a project for the British rap label BBE (Lost Change), several mix albums, and in 2007, his major-label nod, Songs About Girls. Influenced by tapes brought back from illegal raves by older friends, he bought his first turntables in his teens, and while at university, started playing late-night sets on local pirate radio stations. In 1999, as part of the drum'n'bass collective Bad Company, he founded record label BC Recordings and the scene's most popular website, Dogs on Acid. After leaving to pursue a solo career, he remixed tracks for Pet Shop Boys, DJ Shadow, and Apollo 440, and founded the Breakbeat Punk label, which later merged with Adam F's Kaos Recordings to become Breakbeat Kaos. In 2006, he released his debut album, Escape from Planet Monday, and four years later, follow-up Kryptonite produced his first hit single, "Gold Dust," which reached number 24. Building on the commercial success that Kryptonite brought, DJ Fresh released the single Louder, the track - used in a Lucozade advertising campaign - became the first dubstep single to reach the top of the UK singles chart. 2012 saw the release of Fresh’s third studio album, Nextlevelism, which featured collaborations with Rita Ora, Dizzee Rascal and Juliette Lewis. ~ Jon O'Brien, Rovi / iTunes Chart history (Year peak title): DJ Fresh 2003 58 Signal/Big Love (Fresh BC) 2003 60 Dalicks/Temple Of Doom 2004 73 Submarines -1- 2004 74 Colossus/Hooded (Fresh BC) 2004 68 When The Sun Goes Down (DJ Fresh Feat.
