As long as it outpeaks Heavy Rotation, I'm happy. She belongs at #1 though obviously.

If you know? :D

Lily looks secure for #1 then, as Paolo was at 11.4k this time last week and ended up on 37k. Still not convinced she'll quite break 40k though as she'll be more front-loaded than usual releases (assuming the 99p deal definitely ended yesterday?)

I really want 'All Of Me' to overtake 'Nobody To Love' for the sake of the latter's chart run but that looks unlikely based on iTunes :(.

Anyone know the reason for Aloe's climb in the album chart?

Yeah Lily's no longer 99p, but it's still only £4.99 which is quite cheap (along with many other new releases). #1 on lock for her then :cheer:

If they were top 40 I would have added them to the update, they can't be that far off.

Gary Barlow :cheer: That interview chat with James Cordon has done wonders, and Take That back in the chart at the same time. Really did not expect the show to have such a massive impact.

I got so excited seeing Gary Barlow so high i overlooked other information. Anastacia top 10 in the album chart is just wonderful to see as is Katy B returning and Lykki Li charting top 20. Paloma Faith climbing yet again in the singles chart is excellent for her as having 2 top 15 hits off her recent album is a great outcome and its helping her album remain solidly in the top 5 albums.

The brilliant Caustic Love by Paolo Nutini looks likely to manage another 20k this week.

Anyone know why Bat Out Of Hell re-enters? Is it cheap somewhere?

Not sure myself could be 99p on google play, or unless album sales are really poor at the bottom end of the 40, it just pushed it back up. #40 album is only on sales of 750 copies.

Yeah 99p on google play! I had no idea google play would benefit as much as it has done!

Just clicked with me that it was Bank Holiday yesterday so some albums may start increasing well throughout the week!

These 99p albums probably account for the majority of sales from Google Play, let's be honest

I see from the sales report that 'Right Place Right Time' was 99p on Saturday, that explains its seeming out-of-the-blue top 40 re-entry. The 99p deal is also why Katy B is so high today so expect her to drop off heavily by Sunday.

Happy back in the top 10 :nocheer:

Dear god, are people really still buying it? I thought this would happen if only Coldplay released ASFOS as a proper single it would have blocked Pharrell from returning...hopefully Paloma MIGHT push him back out again *fingers crossed*

Yay for Molly, hope she can scrape a top 40 place this weekend, Saturday should see a big climb! I've read in the paper today that her performance at rehearsals got her a standing ovation so I'm hoping this track will do well on Saturday night!

Slaystacia, slaying. Honestly surprised to see her so high, I hope she can remain top 10. If not it just has to outpeak Heavy Rotation. It is such an amazing album.

Paloma and Paolo also holding up well, again 2 fantastic albums.

Nothing else this week is even slightly important.

Looks like Idina is going to be top 10 this week, the likes of Pharrell and Iggy may overtake during the week but Idina will come back again at the weekend. I suppose it's possible she might just miss out again if Paloma can get comfortably into the top 10, but I have a feeling Idina would still scrape #10 even if Paloma overtakes. :(

Mr Probz only 4k down on where he was this stage last week! Extrapolating from that he should be on for around 81.6k this week, really hope he can do 80k at least to keep #1 sales over that level for every week of the year so far (but another close call after DVBBS only did 80.5k).

Was expecting 'Honest' to make the top 40 but it looks unlikely if it's only #34 today - unless they get the suspicious midweek sales bump a la Reconnected... :P

I was expecting Lily to get #1 now but surprised she has *that* big a lead, I guess it'll disintegrate quicker than usual as she's been helped by 99p sales but she'll still get the #1 very easily. I was going to say that's good for her to get a 3rd #1 album in a row but looking it up, her debut never got higher than #2. Still, a 2nd #1 album isn't half bad :P I don't think British female solo artists are well known for getting loads of #1 albums, I'm sure the all time record is held by Susan Boyle or something

Thought The Horrors would be more comfortably in the top 5, looks like this album won't outpeak 'Skying' for them. Ah well.

Epica at #25 providing yet another Dutch symphonic metal UK chart entry - what is it about that particular country/genre combination, it seems like such a strange niche to be filled in by at least 3 different (mildly successful) bands
