Excellent sales for Paul Beaton, good to see Fuse #2 and Afrojack #9!
Fingers crossed it won't. Fuse sadly is not really a creative artist imo :(

I agree, hope this falls by Sunday. Number 2 is about 50 places higher than it deserves :(

I'm shocked how quickly Rita has fallen already, I had a feeling Sam Smith would beat her but to be at 3 already is a shame though with Big Weekend im sure she will increase and Mr Probz will benefit from the weekend effect

Wow... amazing sales for Coldplay, I didn't really expect that.

I'm not surprised by those sales, as they always have high first week sales! Maybe 150/160k by end of week though I'd not rule out 200k+ especially with their Big Weekend set on Radio 1

82k is really good for Coldplay, should be looking at over 150k, which would be a very solid result all things considered. It's already higher than every number 1 album weekly total so far this year except Paolo's first week!
Does anyone know where Foxes and the Vamps are on the album chart or is that not possible until tommorow??

Foxes #8, Vamps #18

And for Pippa: Gary Barlow is #14

Any errors I correct later, sorry it was a rush job, I'm sure Bre will give it a new lick of paint pretty soon. :D

I guess I should start preparing Oasis' chart run for the chart show thread now then and maybe I'll have it done for Sunday
Great sales for Coldplay. :D If you are looking to get the CD by the way, my tip is to go to Sainsbury's as it's £8.99, where it's £10 in Asda. Not sure about the others.
how the f*** is Afrojack top 10? that's strangely high considering it didn't even go top 20 on iTunes. I guess it'll safely go top 20 officially then. Yay for Clean Bandit top 5! Hopefully them and Fuse ODG can sustain their current position for Sunday.

Bit low for Afrojack's album there? I mean, I've never seen the appeal of him myself but all the other big EDM guys seem to be having bigger albums than that.

In case anybody was wondering, California Breed are Black Country Communion minus Joe Bonamassa (I guess he was too busy releasing live albums?)

Excellent sales for the Top 2 albums and pleased to see Clean Bandit Top 5 - Am guessing all the ESC songs will be out of the Top 75 - The Common Linnets might be able to hold on with a 9-73 chart run :(

There is/was a second version of 'Ten Feet Tall' not far outside the top 100 on iTunes I think?

I did read about Joe leaving BCC, obviously he took the name with him. What a Bonamassive week though *.*

I really hope Extraordinary doesn't slip out of the top 5 this week and holds at #5. For me it's a great follow up.

Sam may not quite reach 100k then - Rita had 3k more at this stage.

I think Rita was more frontloaded than Sam's.

I'm predicting 102/103k for Sam.
