November 18, 201411 yr 'Happy' is currently down 11. Mariah and The Pogues have both entered the top 100 in today's update (68 and 90 respectively).
November 18, 201411 yr Take That will easily be the number 1 album this Xmas. Their sales go up and up as Christmas approaches Edited November 18, 201411 yr by jay727
November 19, 201411 yr #37 Thanks, it should be higher by Sunday hopefully top 35 again. Ouch at Bump & Grind already out of the top 40!
November 19, 201411 yr Take That will easily be the number 1 album this Xmas. Their sales go up and up as Christmas approaches I'm not sure if they will be. I don't think their first week sales will be high enough for them to keep it even when their sales start increasing as Christmas approaches. Ed's album will be having insane increases in the next few weeks and especially in December, as will Sam's but I can't see him being competition. Edited November 19, 201411 yr by MrIndependent
November 19, 201411 yr I predict 314,298 for today's update :P Edited November 19, 201411 yr by SPINNING ADAM

I agree TT are hit and miss this time, their era of dominating the albums market is maybe over but they will sell well. It all depends on the performers over the first 2 weeks of december in terms of TV on XF and TV specials etc!
November 19, 201411 yr oops sales for Band Aid 30 is not so high, apparently its done 46k for Tues, ouch + yesterdays sales.
November 19, 201411 yr LOL no airplay for it either at the minute. Probably reach around 450k by Sunday!
November 19, 201411 yr OneD's album close to 95k full update after 3:30pm, I would post the full update now since its a big chart week, just shoot the messenger.
November 19, 201411 yr It's hard to tell how well Take That will open, interestingly they're only third favourites for Xmas No.1 album, behind Ed Sheeran and One Direction. The hype around this album is the lowest it's probably been since their debut album, but that said I'm sure it can manage 150k at least. Then maybe Ed will ramp up to bag the Xmas No.1 but it's already sold quite a bit this year...but then didn't Emeli Sande get the Xmas No.1 album in 2012 after being around for much longer beforehand? I think Take That will sell well but unlikely to sell as much as their last three studio albums. I think they will outsell Poo Direction and Ed Sheeran over xmas period but Ed Sheeran will sell more albums in total this year as he has already nearly sold 1 million and TT will not catch up.
November 19, 201411 yr Nice to see some maturity in this thread ^_^ Good to see 1D so close to 100k already, 150k at least by Sunday please!
November 19, 201411 yr What were one directions sales with Midnight Memories? 146k at the Wednesday's update.
November 19, 201411 yr oops sales for Band Aid 30 is not so high, apparently its done 46k for Tues, ouch + yesterdays sales. I'd say there are missing sales, but iTunes are the only ones selling it, aren't they?
November 19, 201411 yr I agree, something seems wrong with those sales. Apparently only sold 5x more copies than Olly Murs yesterday, but Kworb figures didn't suggest that.
November 19, 201411 yr It wouldn't surprise me if it has only sold 46k since yesterday. Its an abysmal version of the track. There was probably a lot of hype due to its imminent release which led to an initial flood of sales. It might not even stay at no1 next week at TT release their new single.
November 19, 201411 yr I'd say there are missing sales, but iTunes are the only ones selling it, aren't they? No. I bought mine of Amazon
