I feel completely underwhelmed by this basic song. "Everything is changing" oh thanks for that little observation paloma I'm really inspired :nocheer:

The best thing about low sales ten years ago was that the chart moved faster. Out Of Touch and Numb/Encore's longevity was actually exciting.
This is still sounding absolutely euphoric  Paloma really works her magic on this!
Phresh.

The reception to 'Only One' has been almost universally positive everywhere else, go figure BuzzJack is still hating tho ~

I like just about every single I heard from last era, that was just beyond awful though. Not a hating Kanye thang but then some people seem to eat up anything he does because OH MY GOD IT'S YEEZUS LOL1!11, just as much as the "haters".

Fabulous re-entry for the excellent Sigma!
I really wished Ella Eyre had done vocals on this... not to discredit Paloma or anything (as she does a FINE job) but it would have boosted her profile more going into this year, plus would have smashed those vocals like on Waiting All Night.

YES YES YES! Waves is definitely one I could live with staying in the chart forever, it's almost spent a whole year in my personal chart!

Ella Eyre's featuring on the next DJ Fresh single.

'Waves' ~~~ such a relaxing summer jam : B-)
I'm weirdly not bored of Waves, infact I disliked it for about the first 3 weeks of knowing it, so it's done the opposite of most tracks; grown on me and retained a good impression.
I can't believe how such a bland track got so popular. In a year of amazing dance tunes coming and going THIS is the highest-seller after Rather Be???

British public music taste coinciding with our temperamental weather, one minute lovin' the tides and soon the cold never bothered them anyway. Still loving this~ :music:
Great to see PaulMcC back in the chart after 8 years. He's actually had more noughties hits than I thought. His main post Beatles output seemed to be 1971-74 then 1979-84!

That's because he was in Wings (as opposed to "Paul McCartney & Wings") in 1972 and then 1975-9.
