Wow amazing to see the new Prodigy single on the C listed - I didn't even realise the single was coming immenently - haven't heard Zane Lowe talk about it yet - I assume it'll be one of his Hottest Records next week?! Hope it's as good as their last era which was one of their best.

Haha at Hozier going into the A list - I said last night it would likely bump up to the A list. Why couldn't this happen last time.

I'm pretty sure 'Thinking Out Loud's removal will have no impact on the amount of plays they're giving it, to be honest.

Yeah I was gonna say the same thing!

Gutted they've dropped Fuse after only 3 weeks on the playlist, usually a B-listed song would get at least 4 weeks altogether. It could have had a chance at Top 40 next week if they'd kept it on :(

Surprised at the early additions for Ellie Goulding and David Guetta, as they're not out until 15th Feb.

And... no Geronimo? This should have been the week it was added (unless it's being pushed back yet again).

Quite surprised Ellie's single has a pre order considering it's only a film release song!
I also just realised Kanyes new one is t added:( it woulda been nice to see Paul McCartney getting some radio 1 support again lol. Does anyone know if they played it as a climber on today's chart update?
ppl that know this shi', did radio 1 playlist anything from purity ring's last era?

And even then that was only on the INMWT list right?

I have an inkling Fineshrine was playlisted though I could be wrong.

Buzzing Push Pull has gone straight to C-List :cheer:

Actually really like most of these new additions. Can't wait to hear the ft Rita version of 'Doing It'. *.*

Bakermat, David Guetta ft Emeli Sande, DJ Fresh ft Ella Eyre, Ellie Goulding, Imagine Dragons, Purity Ring, The Prodigy (I am sure this will be good, cant wait) for me this week

Havent heard Ne-Yo yet so need to hear that.

The Ne-Yo song is blandddddd. Ugh. 'Let Me Love You' was a thousand times better. :(

A huge yay for Bakermat's Teach Me. :yahoo:

It's much better than his former UK top 15 One Day (Vandaag) imo.

I've yet to hear it, but my god it must be dreadful going by that description.

Oh. I forgot how much people hated 'Let Me Love You' on here :( One of my favourites from him but this new song is similar in the sense that it kinda chases the current dance sound, but puts his own spin on it and as someone who doesn't like the current dance sound (SoundCity, Years & Years, Duke Dumont etc...) it shouldn't really come as a surprise  (and I like to think myself as one of his main supporters on this forum, but this song is just dull :()
I'm pretty surprised to see a US artist (Ne-Yo) do that kind of song. I know Mary J Blige and Vic Mensa have though, but I understood it from them since they'd been hanging around with Disclosure beforehand, whilst Ne-Yo hasn't been as far as I know.
yeah I've just given that Ne-Yo song a listen. Boring as hell but I'm not surprised he's getting supported with it one bit.

Just heard the Ne-Yo song as it's not that bad, certainly not as bad as people are making out. I actually quite like the production on it.
