I felt sorry for Simon in the moment but I'd found him annoying as f*** until then so if it had to happen to somebody :lol: My relief for Adjoa outweighs it as well

Voted for Christian- definitely my early favourite (this may be because of his looks :kink:)

Also loving adjoa, Sarah and Eileen :heart:

I voted Adjoa but wish I'd at least waited for tomorrow's highlights to consolidate my opinions :lol:

I have decided that Nick is one of my very early favourites after that, so I hope his face-to-face nominations thing doesn't work against him too badly. :(

Nick's my early fave too! I think he's gonna surprise and he's really awkwardable!

With these hints (Jack tweeted on Twitter and triggered my thoughts too...), they're probably going to have a rewind thing like on BBUS (although they just reset nominations, not an eviction) and he'll be back :drama:

On BOTS Michelle just said that Nick is actually really adorable and nice. I really hope we see that side of him in the house and he doesn't get crappy, miserable, cocky, posh pompous sort of edits!

My thoughts for the night:

 

I have a feeling Adjoa will be my queen this series, don't let me down!!! Was REALLY scared she'd get evicted in the twist, such a sigh of relief when she wasn't.

Jack, Nick and Cristian are other faves of mine right now, all seem like interesting characters, Nick especially!

Most of the girls kinda blend into one right now for me oops.

Simon is SO BLOODY IRRITATING. Thank GOD he got evicted, best possible result.

 

They seem like a good bunch so far though, hopefully things stay that way and don't turn out as horrible as last year :drama:

So glad Simon has been given the boot already! :lol: I was praying for Adjoa!

 

Seems like a good bunch this year, can't wait to get to know them better. Really hoping this year won't be as horrible as last year could get. 👀

On behalf of Simons everywhere, I would like to apologise for that irritating fool. Aged 46, looked more like 56, behaved more like six. Good riddance.

So happy Simon was gone in that twist! He would have irritated me a lot on the show otherwise. :lol:

First thoughts suggest it's a much more FUN and enjoyable bunch than last year. I remember my initial thoughts last year was that I was very unsure about the housemates and it turned out I was right so hopefully my initial thoughts are correct again this year!

 

Initial favourites are: Aaron, Chloe, Jack & Kieran. Also, keeping my eye on Cristian, Harriet, Jade, Joel, Nick, Sarah and Adjoa who are the ones who could go either way ie some could be boring, some could twats. I am thinking Adjoa is more of a Lidl version of Toya rather than being the best housemate.

 

Eileen is also one to watch out for but I think her age may cause her to be a Jemima or something. Amy and Sally seem dull and Danny really is that token male housemate that gets to the end by doing nothing. Looking at Wikipedia, Danny was an extra on TOWIE, how desperate! :lol:

 

That twist though! :wub: Would have been AWFUL had anyone else apart from Amy and Sally/Danny been evicted but my least favourite housemate out before I even have time to hate him. You could just tell he was going to be a Perez-lite housemate. He just epitomises stereotypes of a older gay man desperately trying to get in the media (or 'showbusiness' as only those type of people call it) throughout his life. Bye Felicia.

I really felt bad for that chap that was evicted. I understand it is a game show and you take the risks that go with it, but to not even get to sleep one night in the house is cruel.

I'm liking Harriet! I'm not getting the mass adoration for Adjoa atm. I'm sure she'll be good in a few more days or so, but on first impression she's just "there" for me, just like Jack. I'm a bit weary of her for some reason because I think she'll just turn into another Toya!

I don't think it's been mentioned yet but that makes Simon the first male housemate to be evicted first! Absolutely relieved that he was evicted, looks like he's a horrible man and not in an entertaining way at all. There's a clip after his eviction that he tells the audience to f*** off.

 

Just praying that 'time is not reversed'.

I think Harriet is ok for now, she seemed a bit more normal and grounded than some of the housemates so maybe people just like that? I see no reason why she'd be someone's favourite already though.
