Amazed how many there were that didn't get played (obviously they didn't have time for them all). However, I believe there were at least 5 that should not have been played (due to the artists having other top 20 hits).

I was fully expecting MAGIC! - Rude to get a play actually, despite it being very recent.

Some more snubs I thought of in the car journey that haven't already been mentioned

• Wankelmut & Emma Louise - My Head Is A Jungle (MK Remix)

• MK - Always (Route 94 Remix) (feat. Alana)

• Cabin Crew - Star To Fall

• Frankee - F.U.R.B (f*** You Right Back)

• Paul Johnson - Get Get Down

• Bakermat - One Day (Vandaag)

• Yasmin - Finish Line

was really hoping Gramophonedzie would get a play too :(

"Get Get Down" was snubbed because it's from 1999

That #68 smash!

Mess I was looking at the wrong chart, but Until You Were Gone, on which she featured, also reached #3

Was Nina Sky - Move Ya Body played? *.*

Indeed it was, don't worry.

This was also snubbed :(

The ones I wanted to hear were

Meridian Dan - German Whip

All About She - Higher (Free)

Indiana - Solo Dancing

Kendrick Lamar - i

Kid Cudi - Day N Nite

Edit: and

Ray Foxx - Boom Boom (Heartbeat)

A part of me does feel it was appealing to the "cool kids" which is what Radio 1 does hence why I don't listen to it, and the novelty factor with some of the dross like Obie Trice.

The Eurovision songs snubbed was not on. Plus some of the choices on here, are rather good too.

I thought 'I Wish I Was A Punk Rocker' would be played even though I'm glad they didn't as 'What If I'm Right' should have swapped places with it chart wise. I know that wouldn't have got played if that ever happened regardless.

They did play Agnes 'Release Me' though to be fair which as Scott Mills said may as well have been a eurovision entry

(I wish he'd have played Euphoria though)

A lot of the records played raised one of two questions. Some of them will have made people think "How was this ever a hit?". That applies to a lot of the novelty songs, ranging from the completely bizarre to the slightly less weird Nizlopi. Others will have prompted the question "How did this act only get one top twenty hit?" For Eurovision songs, the answer to each of the questions is obvious. That may be why they were not included.

Speaking of "cool kids", surprised that was snubbed too.
These were on the playlist but weren't played (just using the first post of the other thread):

Alyssa Reid - Alone Again

Juliet Roberts - Needing U (I Needed U)

Delirium feat. Sarah McLaghlan - Silence

DVBBS & Borgeous feat. Tinie Tempah - Tsunami (Jump)

Ferry Corsten - Rock Your Body Rock

Gramophonedzie - Why Don't You

Melissa Steel - Kisses for Breakfast

Parra For Cuva feat. Ana Nacklab - Wicked Games

Supermode - Tell Me Why

The Raconteurs - Steady As She Goes

Still sad for that last two :(

Parra For Cuva did get a play just before they started the countdown

The most obvious omission is surely 'Dragostea Din Tei'.

Assuming The Rasmus got played, which I assume they must have done?

Nope, The Rasmus were snubbed too :(

They didn't play this MASTERPIECE?! WTF?

How dare they -_-
