Liverpool in the premiership, Cliftonville FC Belfast (Danska Bank Premiership) in my local league and I have a Ireland season ticket.

 

Plenty of footy for me :)

Quite the roller coaster ride.

Season ticket at the mighty (but crap recently) Chester FC.

I've been a fan of Manchester United since I was little. But I focus on Chester more since we reformed after Vaughan killed our club.

I also have a soft spot for Wigan because I've went to watch them a few times. It cost £5 for one boxing day Prem match.

 

 

Sunderland - which is a chore

Elgin City - which is a chore

West Ham season ticket holder, even though I live in Bristol. Whole family are fans though and I've been going to matches since I was about 8.

 

The first season I started going, we were relegated with 42 points (!?) and its been a rollercoaster ever since.

Manchester United and Chester FC! My mothers side of the family has been United supporters for decades and both my parents are from Chester so it's only right to support our home team.

Been a Bristol City fan since 1996. Loads of ups and downs but it's seasons like this that make it all worthwhile. :D

but truth is, i'm hardly a football fan and when i say i support newcastle, that is on the loosest terms possible

 

if they stopped playing, i really doubt i'd notice

Manchester United for me. Definitely been back to reality over the last 2 seasons following Fergie leaving.

I'm begining to see the pluses of small teams now I consistently go and see cliftonville play in Belfast now. Great to see players who really care. Sold out best player Liam Boyce to Ross County in the summer so it hasn't helped as us retain our league for the third yr in a row. But Joe 'the goal' Gormley has broken his own scoring record this season 37 goals last yr 38 this yr with 4 games to go - lethal!!

Liverpool - everyone always asks me why, I didn't even start supporting them when they were good! I was a big Michael Owen fan around 1997/1998, then my cousin supported Everton so a rivalry grew from there really.

 

York City - I was a season ticket holder for years upon years, and my first ever game was against.. Everton surprisingly! Lots of ups and downs.. some definite high points, but on the whole definitely more lows.

Hull City AFC.

Arsenal, but of course. Gunner for life. Idolise Wenger in all his French glory. :D

 

I wouldn't say I follow any European team to that extent but I like Juve, Wolfsburg and Barca to do well.

When I was a child, the local team was a choice between Brighton & Hove Albion and Crystal Palace. Crawley Town are a lot closer to my childhood home, but they were irrelevant at the time. I chose Brighton and have been supporter ever since.

 

I was a season-ticket holder at Woking for a while when I live there and still follow their results closely. I had a Bournemouth season ticket when I first moved here, but haven't been for ages.

 

I've also been to a few Hertha Berlin games at the Olympic Stadium, so they are the European team I follow most closely.

I support Manchester United and have done since I was a kid. My family are split between Arsenal and Manchester United with the odd Chelsea supporter here and there.

I was a strange child, remember actively supporting Liverpool from the FA Cup semi final in 1992 when Portsmouth were beating us 1-0 through Darren Anderton but Ronnie Whelan scored a late equaliser. Then Michael Thomas scored that memorable winner in the final. Around the same time I got a video of liverpools 100 yr history which I repeatedly watched until I knew all the facts lol. It was also at the same time Manu were coming up and a lot of people my age (7 at the time lol) supported Liverpool but switched to manu as they got popular and even at age 7 it disgusted me that people could be so disloyal.

At that age as a kid though you just follow your fav player/successful club. It's why there are so many Man Utd fans these days who are early/mid twenties, because they started becoming successful again around the time they started watching football, and of course Liverpool went through a bit of an inconsistent time in the 90s!
