'Paparazzi' was a first for many things, Gaga. It was the first non-explosive club banger, the first epic music video, produced the first life-changing live performance, and the first time people began to see the Lady behind the Gaga. An incredible single that showed a departure from the two that came before it, but yet it remained quintessentially FameGa both in its lyrics and musically. It is still hugely relevant to her today as she sings of love, success, fame, the media and what the world perceives her to be. It came teamed with one of her most special music videos to date, a mammoth set of live performances (including one of the highlights of The Monster Ball) and allowed her to show off her fashion in ways she hadn't done so before. 'Paparazzi' lived up to its name, as it continued to shoot the star high up in the media and all eyes remained transfixed on the icon.
