Up next is round 7.

Leaving us this time though, is the other A-side to 'Mama' and the one which became the main A-Side! 'Who Do You Think You Are?' is a fun, uptempo, funky, disco track. So much flavour to this song and it was used as the official Comic Relief single in 1997. The vocals are shared out amongst all 5 girls with the usual Melanie C ad-libs. As great as this song is (and it's pretty stellar), I think it's the one that has aged the worst out of all their singles, personally. It's still such a classic and nostalgic throwback though.

If we could stop targetting the beautiful ballads for a while, that'd be grand! -_- (This comment still stands as 'Goodbye' and 'Viva Forever' have an unusally high amount of votes!)

'Wannabe' for me this time!

This is ridiculous. :drama:

Who Do You Think You Are (note: no question mark in the title! #anal #getitrightjonjojeez #downwiththequestionmark) being that low is crazy. :(

I've voted for Wannabe. It's sooo damn good, and I did vote for Stop in the last round, but I'm loving Stop a bit more than Wannabe at this particular moment in time. :kink: (I change my order quite regularly, ha).

Omg I just noticed how close it was in the last round. :o
Wannabe has never been their best song.
Goooooooodbye Goodbye.

As much as I love Goodbye it's indeed time to go now for that song.

Wannabe will forever be iconic, but it's never been my favourite, so I think it is time for it to go.

Viva Forever, so hard now everything here is flawless, such a shame they didn't release more singles, especially from their 3rd album "Forever", I know it pretty much tanked sales wise, but they could have at least released 1 or 2 more singles, as there were some decent tracks on there such as "If U Wanna Have Some Fun" (which was planned as a single) and "Oxygen" which is definitely the best ballad on the album.

Also "Viva Forever" was planned as a double a-side with "Never Give On The Good Times", which was a definite standout on Spiceworld, but was cancelled because Geri left, I know they didn't need it as "VF" smashed on it's own, but it would have been nice to see a video for the latter track at least.

Can't believe 'Who Do You Think You Are' has gone, it's easily in my top 3 Spice singles :snif:

Voted for 'Say You'll Be There' again.

I like Oxygen, but it's a great shame that there's an irritating water drop effect running through it. Drip, drip, drip, drip, drip, drip, drip... ughhh! Personally I prefer Let Love Lead The Way, Time Goes By and of course Goodbye.

Considering they only released one single from Forever to promote it (Holler/Let Love Lead The Way), and that they stopped all promotion for the album after Week 1 of release, I think 266,000 copies sold isn't tooooo bad. Quite obviously it's a huge comedown from the 2.9m and 1.5m that their previous albums sold, but those were 4-single eras with a huge amount of promotion & airplay for both. Who knows how much 'Forever' would have sold if they'd released 2, 3 or 4 singles from it, and gone on tour. 500k? It wasn't to be~. As for worldwide, I think their promotion was very limited in general. Only Emma & Victoria went over to promote in the US, appearing on some chat shows.
