Some might be a little outdated but vidcapper and liam might be able to dig some figures out

I'd really like to join forces with some members to aim to deliver the best statistical data for both boy bands and girl groups.

In my other thread, click here, I've aimed to provide an entire back catalogue of artists who fit that description and who have had some measure of chart success.

What do you think we could do to make it more complete?

sugababes - overload or stronger

Boy Band: Never Forget/ Back For Good - Take That & Everybody (Backstreet's Back) Backstreet Boys

Girl Group: Wannabe/Say You'll Be There/ Too Much - Spice Girls

Hard to distinguish between the three Spice Girls songs but they are the three best imo. Same with the boy bands.

Girl group: "Stay" by Shakespears Sister

Boyband: Probably "Crazy For You" by Let Loose

Girlbands:

The Saturdays - Higher

The Saturdays - Up

Girls Aloud - Biology

Girls Aloud - Sexy... No! No! No!

En Vogue - Don't Let Go

Spice Girls - Wannabe

Sugababes - Stronger

Sugababes - Freak Like Me

Shakespears Sister Stay

Little Mix - Black Magic

Little Mix - DNA

Little Mix - Secret Love Song

2NE1 - I Am The Best

Destiny's Child - Say My Name

Boybands - there are fewer I love, none even in my top 200 of all time, but a few off the top of my head:

Backstreet Boys - I Want It That Way

Take That - The Flood

OneRepublic - Secrets

OneRepublic - Stop And Stare

JLS - Beat Again (not even sorry what a tune)

That's a tough question...I'd say 'Tearin' Up My Heart' by *NSync for boy bands and 'Pure Shores' by All Saints for girl bands.
Oops, totally forgot about 'The Ketchup Song' by Las Ketchup *.*

*looks around coyly and thinks "Woah, I'm in the chart forum!"*

I would have to echo some of the other posts in this thread and say that for girlbands, 'Pure Shores' by All Saints is up there. Probably some of the earlier Sugababes songs as well, should I choose several.

Not sure about boybands actually...

Boybands- NSYNC-I'll never stop

Girlband- Girls aloud-miss you bow wow

There's so many though and I'm not ashamed to admit I used to love boybands.

Miss You Bow Wow is wonderful. Deffo my favourite song of their that wasn't a single. Love the electro breakdown.
