An unpopular opinion but does anyone else really dislike the Don't Blame Me chorus? I can see the appeal but it's too similar to Imagine Dragons and just puts me off. I really like the production of the verses.

08 End Game - A bit ‘i hope this is a streaming hit’ but good nonetheless the ‘big reputation’ parts are huge.

06 I Did Something Bad - A somewhat jarring bop

09 Don’t Blame Me - Huge Chorus.

07 Delicate - Loved this at first but I prefer others now, it’s gotten a bit boring.

06 Look What You Made Me Do - It isn’t much more than a way to grab headlines. A petty bop that I’ll enjoy on a night out.

Actually loving this album more with each play tbh :wub: Think I'd only rank it behind Speak Now and 1989 now, it's much more consistent and cohesive than Red.

Why do I feel like Taylor is having a bit of an identity crisis here? Part of the album is 1989 with fewer calories and another part of the album is her screaming “die bitch die” to everyone who “wronged” her.

I may just be a little obsessed with this :kink:

OMGGG this album is insane!!

The singles and promo singles really do no justice at all.

 

End Game, Delicate, Getaway Car, King of my heart and I did something bad are all JAMS. New Years Day is just lovely.

 

 

Don’t Blame Me could possibly be my fave thing she’s ever done as well. Amazing best female album of 2017.

Incredible!!! Was worried this was gonna be her first album to miss a million since Fearless so I'm so glad she's already smashed that mark in just over half a week ❤️❤️

6.5 from Pitchfork. It's a good review and praises the album a lot, whilst not ignoring some the problems it has lyrically etc. I was worried Pitchfork would give it a really low score to make a point (Like they did with Ed Sheeran) or give it a score higher than it deserves like a few other critics have done, but I think 6 - 7 out of ten is about right.

Legit so surprised with that score! I'm glad they didn't do to Reputation what they did with Divide as that was what I thought was gonna happen 😂😂
