November 8, 20168 yr Just had an apple support session and the dude ended it with "have a nice week" and I was like "you too! Assuming the american's don't start the end of the world tonight" Response was "hopefully we do not" Apple's with her folks!
November 9, 20168 yr Embarassing (Hilarious how the Canadian immigration website crashed righr after the results tho lmaoo)
November 9, 20168 yr I guess this proves it's not just the majority of the UK that doesn't give 2 shits but it's the US as well :)
November 9, 20168 yr First time I voted (and I voted for an actual candidate) and the world goes to shit.
November 9, 20168 yr Author Is there a way of closing the poll without closing the thread at the same time? I cant believe that wanker is going to be president :(
November 9, 20168 yr I want to stay up and follow this tonight but probably best not to as I'm really bad at running on little sleep. C'mon USA do the right thing and don't let me wake up to a Trump victory :drama: Well... this actually happened then didn't it  Went to bed feeling somewhat positive that it would be Hillary. Safe to say I did a double take when waking up to the BBC News notifications this morning. What a horrible outcome.
November 9, 20168 yr Have closed the poll, that might be just a GM thing but I can do it. Ever since I've come of voting age, most elections have gone to shit (not that I could vote here but this is kind of aimed at Cody). I guess this of all of them must be the tipping point. But then if we believe that we'll just get caught off guard by the next one.

(apart from some council ones and the mayoral one) The first general election I ever voted in was when Cameron was first elected (which I didn't want). It was brilliant witnessing Obama come into power both times though.
November 9, 20168 yr Is this what goes on in BuzzJack during election periods? Every poster feeling like they weren't represented? Hands up American posters if you're feeling this way. Hell I guess now that it's okay to bully people... Bring on those low jabs at my obsessions/anxiety problems/whatever else you have of me GRANT.
November 9, 20168 yr First time I voted (and I voted for an actual candidate) and the world goes to shit. I've done 2 general elections and an EU referendum, none of which have gone my way.
