Yeah Tears was quite out there actually for a chart song!
Ariana has confirmed that TLIC is a promo single (it was never announced as the 2nd single either, btw). So I'm really not bothered about it's chart performance (good job really 🙃)
Easily the worst thing she's recorded since Put Your Hearts Up.
As much as I do like this (would like it 10x more if it didn't have the stupid 'You wouldn't let anybody speak' loop), I'm so glad it isn't an official single as her single discography is near flawless and this would taint it in a big way.

I can understand why the sample is hindering this for people, but I got used to it really quickly and am really liking this *.* the chorus is pretty infectious, SO Fergie mixed with 'Lemon' as has been pointed out, which is a great thing for me! Probably best that this is just a promo single though, not sure if it would properly take off.

Me neither. Everything he touches in the last 10 years seems to be something I immediately dislike. Sangria Wine is another example
