Didn't take long, already obsessed with this. Reminds me a lot of 'Work' and I'm pretty sure there's no higher praise to give, coming from me :')
Had a party tonight and everyone was moving but Zara's new single and Scared To Be Lonely went down a lot better, but it seems to be doing better sales wise.
Im sorry, but Nicki Minaj, the real one, is actually way better than this impersonator. This impersonator annoys me, whereas Nicki Minaj is the female version of Lil Wayne, so kinda listenable for me.
I do agree with others that this is a little underwhelming, with the names involved it had the potential to be as exciting as Lean On ans Light It Up. I know it's obviously not the sort of vibe they wanted with this song but if the drop/chorus was a bit more exciting like those tracks then this would be so much better. As a Nicki fan, I massively enjoyed her rap part but it feels like the rest of the track is a bit of a chore to listen to even though it has the potential to grow. Yay at #Nicki4 being hinted though, I am perched indeed.

This is alright but it's way too laid back for a Major Lazer and Nicki collab.

I was expecting something like Hold The Line. I wanted something that went harder. Hey Mama was almost there but that lacked a proper drop as well.

It's surprising how few bashment tracks Nicki has in her repetoire considering her heritage and dancehall gaining popularity again.

My thoughts too. I actually like the track a lot, but it's not as commercial as some of the recent Major Lazer hits.

I was certainly expecting something a lot harder and less mid-tempo.

Major Lazer's most listenable song by far for me (probably coz they don't have the screeching Mo on the track!)

Really like this. I can see myself tiring of it pretty quickly though, but for now, I'll enjoy it!

Not surprised at some of the negative comments, as has been noted its not the most commercial Major Lazer song. An earworm of a chorus though and I love it!

Lyric video here:

I'm basically going to say the same about this as I did with Shape of You and Zara Larsson's So Good - The beat is nice enough but you spend the whole song waiting for a drop/kick that doesn't show up :(

Nothing really standout about it all really. I didn't go in with high expectations as Major Lazer tend to be very hit & miss. I can't see this being a particularly big long-running hit.
Because I was expecting something more manic due to Major Lazer/Nicki, the first listen was a bit disappointing. But now I'm really enjoying this for what it is, though I don't see myself going wild for it like a Light It Up. Better than it's being given credit for here though!
