I always liked to see what his comment about new dance songs on their song threads would be.

 

I don't think he will ever be back to Buzzjack again, while Common Sense doesn't mind being the pantomime villain due to political opinion, Ethan clearly didn't like it.

 

Hopefully him and Spadam will be back en el futuro for the odd BJSC if possible.

Very late but have to thank you for that as I'm not sure I did at the time! Much as I'd love to finally see a nul-pointer like everyone else, I'd be mildly devastated if that accolade was mine...and for 'I Can't Hear God Anymore' of all entries. </3

 

That song was the surest I've been of a DNQ on entering a contest but I did think/hope it'd connect properly with more than one participant (though I do recall Klumzee praising it too! lol), and it made the strongest impression on me of anything else at the time so I've no regrets sharing it here. Having said that, I first heard it just as news reports of the Orlando shootings were breaking, so the way it perfectly soundtracked my mood would've been unique and unlikely to be replicated, given it's all very sombre. Ah well, thankful it found that one fellow admirer anyway!

Something like 'Cariño' (although I didn't specifically expect that to do that badly) is what it's gonna be if there ever is a 0 pointer, a song that's pleasant but just fails to make enough impact on anyone to quite make it into their votes. Anything that actually stands out as being bad will probably have fans somewhere. x

I've got plenty of album tracks that are less than a minute long. If I entered one of those,it would surely get 0 points but I don't really want to waste an entry.

Maybe a pro-Brexit/Trump song? (No one even try searching that up x)

I think it's definitely possible, but agree that it's not going to happen with an actively bad song, as that will pick up votes for being entertaining.

 

It would need to be something completely unfashionable, non-descript or from a non-entity that stands out in no way and gets completely lost in the background, and has little to no scope for picking up ironic votes, like a Michael Ball album track from 1995.

East Rukahavian have come close in some contests.

I feel like it would take another 00s indie track to do it, I only got one vote for Eve Of the Battle back in the day - it did get more points than Royce and didn't finish last but if said person had been in the other semi then that would have been a nul pointer so something similar could easily do it.
