My favourite of theirs was 50 Ways To Say Goodbye, the flop follow-up to Drive By. My old work used to play it all the time, the lyrics were ridiculous but hilarious. The parent album California 37 was good too, especially a track called Bruises.

Bruises :wub: I love that and Hey Soul Sister, which is still their best. I never got into Drive By tbh.

Drive By takes me back, such a good pop song!

 

At least this new one would be something different in the chart.

Love 'Bruises' and '50 Ways To Say Goodbye' - They have had some solid singles and albums but seem to struggle getting more than 1 hit per era!

I hate all their songs, but I remember Jeremy Vine getting into trouble for playing that one during a discussion on Radio 2 about a zoo feeding one of their giraffes to lions.

I've been hearing this quite a lot on Capital Xtra recently, it samples "Deport Them" which is another Sean Paul song.

However it needs about 17k to go to #20 but could definitely see it maybe surpassing its #24 peak by a place or 2!

Nobody seems to be making many inroads into either Eds - SOY still 60 or so % ahead and obv streaming is ridiculous!
