When the beat kicked in I thought it instantly sounded like a Calvin Harris song, not 2010s Calvin though. A bit like one of the slower, less in your face songs on his debut.

I think if I was driving in a convertible to the sunset (need to learn to drive first :lol:) or sat by a pool in Spain somewhere I'd appreciate it a lot more than I do in my bedroom. DEFINITELY a grower when I hear it in the right scenario, but it's a bit non-desript right now.

I was expecting the worst for some reason, just because I was worried that it would be a strange moment for Frank musically and would be too much of a musical contrast from his normal stuff.

 

I'm pleasantly suprised. It really sounds like they found a middle ground and it keeps true to both Calvin and Frank. It doesn't blow me away but I think it is done really well and I love the summery vibe. It has a lovely carefree vibe to it, would love to see it do well.

I quite like this, but it's a bit of a step down from Calvin's last 2 singles. At least he's showing us a different side to him and I'm sure it'll grow for me.

Sounds quite good actually, Frank Ocean has a great voice and the drop is good too :dance:

So different for Calvin! This collab works so, SO well like this. I'd actually quite like to hear what Frank would sound like on a normal Calvin production, just out of interest, but this is amazing as it is!

This production is very Pitbull - "Greenlight", no? Definitely something different for Calvin, a bit more funky and less drop-reliant, which is surprisingly good.

Full version folks. Unexpected for Calvin. Well done.

well this has frank in it. he alone saves the song from being a dull mess

Sounds pretty good. Bout time Calvin mixed it up instead of churning out the same stuff song after song, would be nice for this to also get some good success.

It's certainly not as commercial as some of his recent singles, but I do really like it. It definitely needs to be played out in the summer though!

So this is like amazingly good?? where did this wonderful nu-disco banger come from, if only the sun was around for it!

Good performance from Frank and Calvin, the Migos' contribution doesn't stand out imo.

This is his best since Pray to God, so pleased he did something different and managed to get Frank Ocean on board! Can't wait to hear this in the summer!
