June 13, 20179 yr 'Bon Appetit' completely killed the momentum for 'Witness'. Up until then I think it was all looking really positive. I'm hoping 'Swish Swish' can reverse some of that a bit, it's already looking like it'll be a much bigger hit than 'Bon Appetit' and that's without any real airplay. It's odd the numbers are so much lower than her last album though, even considering the lack of interest since 'Bon Appetit'. I think quite a lot of it actually is down to people not realising it's out, as poor an excuse as that sounds.

June 13, 20179 yr Heard 'Swish Swish' on Kiss for the first time today, didn't realise it samples Fatboy Slim's Star 69. Its pretty good to be fair....certainly the best song I've heard from her for a while.

June 14, 20179 yr I think the problem with swish swish is that primarily it's an instant grat so until she promotes it proper it's only really word of mouth it is much better than Bon appetit she really should have released the other way round
