'Move'

 

 

Finishing in 4th place is the ultra smooth, ultra slick lead single from their 2nd album, 'Move'. 'Move' was really quite the marmite song to begin with. It seemed to be the track that wasn't the most instant for them and it was just so unique and nobody had expected them to come out with a track quite like that as a single, let alone a LEAD single for an album! But my God was it the risk that paid off. Proving to be a grower, it's charm is in it's unique song structure. With basically everything being more or less a hook. I always forget just HOW much I love it, until I listen to it. It's one of their biggest sellers and it's really not hard to see why!

Black Magic, although it was hard to pick between that and SOTME! Both are fantastic but I'm championing Touch for the win :wub:

'Move' is incredible, I remember the structure feeling a bit odd on first listen but then it soon clicked and now it's a fave. :wub:

Shout Out. I feel Black Magic really did put them out there and is a solid single whereas SOTME got boring very quickly and I've only just started rewarming to it.

 

Edit: oh and the video is utterly tragic in its entirety and is so boring compared to the BM video which is easily one of the best videos of recent years.

It's quite refreshing to see Move voted out as I think it's won the majority of the polls in the past. As much of a banger as it is, it has to be Shout Out for me, very tough decision though!
