19th Bon Appetit' (Ft Migos) = 8 Votes

Welcome to Round 7 of Least Fave Katy Perry single and the 7th song to bow out is 'Bon Appetit' which throughout the last couple of days was literary neck and neck with 'POF', until finally this edged out in front 24 hours ago. This has come very close to leaving quite a few times, in fact out of the 6 previous rounds this has had the 2nd highest votes in 5 of those rounds, so it comes to no surprise really that this bows out now.
My only surprise is that it's last this long, considering the polarizing reception it's had and in my opinion, can see why..to put it simply this song is DREADFUL. Talk about drawing a fine line between hilarious and dreadful, more towards the latter, and another curious thing about this song is that it lacks a musical hook that Katy has become famous for, that's probably because she doesn't have her usual team behind her and sadly that's evident on this and goes against everything the lead single 'CTTR' stood for, and this isn't a good direction for Katy Perry to go down at this point in her career. Even ignoring the awful lyrics, this just reeks of a desperate attempt at regaining relevance and using a half hearted dancehall production doesn't help matters at all, even Katy herself sounds bored on this, and don't get me started on that rent a rapper verse which just adds nothing to an already terrible song which could may well be the worst she's ever done (even worse than Peacock).

As for the other results only 7 other songs had votes, 'POF' gains it's most so far with 7, 'IWEMA' gains 4 votes, while 'SS' gains 3, 'IKAG', 'WUIV' & 'Birthday' each gains 2 votes each and finally 'Feels' again gains a single vote.

Poor 'Bon Appétit' </3 I did a complete turnaround on it, initially I thought Katy had lost the plot as it felt like dire trash. But my dad of all people was stanning it (:lol:), so I got him 'Witness' as a father's day present and BA suddenly clicked with me one day when we were listening to the album in the car! It sounds incredible when driving around in hot weather. Great accompanying video as well.

'Part Of Me' again. Can that pleaaaase leave soon.
