Stuck at #2 behind Perfect and River?

Apparently so

If the 3 song rule has never been introduced we'd have such a messy week with a chart full of Eminem and XMas songs and almost nothing else
Completely guessing at this stage but I think Perfect should beat Rockabyes 57k low of last year with the increased promo and mix release - should sell 75k or so with River on 55k and Last Christmas on 40k
So if 'River' does make #1 this week, would the bookies still have to pay out for people who bet on Ed being Xmas #1? Cos you don't bet on a song, you just bet on an artist - but if that artist is only a feature on the song, does it still count with the bookies?

At this stage of the week it is looking to me like Ed will do the double - given the number of versions of Perfect out there he clearly has the download advantage so far - and streaming is close.

Divide will probably be behind Revival in the midweeks (if we get any info) but it has all ready overtaken Revival in the Amazon Best Sellers - I think the reduction of the standard edition to £6.99 will give Ed the edge though, I think a lot of casual buyers will be tempted by that price for a last minute Xmas present.

I wanted wham this is a shame hun

Me too but also happy for it is keep the crown of best selling #2.

I think it's the song that matters

No it's not, because you bet on an artist being Xmas #1, you don't specify the song

They SHOULD pay out. I bet on Ed but I know Bet365 also had odds for Ed and Beyonce as a joint bet so I assume that would be the Perfect song.

It would make them look like arseholes too if they didn’t.

I still feel Ed Sheeran will do the double.

Eminem will start off in the midweeks at Number 1 but Ed Sheeran will sell stronger through the week.

could enminmen get to no 1 in singles he is ahead of ed in stremaing

If Eminem does the double, that would be brilliant but would prefer Wham! to get Xmas #1 single

No. Ed is miles ahead on downloads and isn’t far behind on streaming.

Eminem would need to release versions with Beyoncé and Andrea Bocelli to stand even a slight chance.

how can Eminem's In Your Head be #13, has to be an error, should be Believe?

In Your Head is one of the album tracks doing worst on spotify and middle of the pack on itunes
