YES!

With all the 90s/00s indie bands releasing songs recently I was speaking about how these hadn't had a new single for ages just a few weeks ago, great to see them back!

I am intrigued to see how a Snow Patrol comeback would fare in 2018. I hope they return with a 'Called Out In The Dark'-esque gem!
strange they've put the album up to preorder without a grat or something

Welcome back Snow Patrol, it has been a while.

The return should also see Chasing Cars make a chart return and add to its already very impressive chart run.

I quite like it, and there's certainly potential to grow. I think people who thought they could chart were being a little optimistic anyway - plenty of 90s/00s artists have come back recently and done nothing.

I really like this song so far, especially when it picks up towards the end. I'm looking forward to their SLFN performance in a few weeks.

Certainly a subtle choice of comeback for a band known for big anthems, but a very nice song nonetheless. Could possibly grow on me on future listens.

Hopefully their album gets to No. 1, I'm sure it will be at least in the top 3. Snow Patrol is currently trending in the UK on Twitter, so that's a good sign.

What a mess. It's like 3 different melodies all at once and it doesn't work. Well not for me at least! :(

Before the comments, I was hoping for something big and powerful (ala Run, Chasing Cars, Take Back the City) hopefully there is something like those on the album, but the lead single is a no from me.

When I read you guys say it was "subtle" I was hoping more 'Set the Fire..' sorta subtle.

I'm enjoying this quite a lot on first listen, yay! Gary Lightbody's voice has definitely... matured though, he kinda reminds me of Bono on the chorus
