Well, it's going to do significantly better than her last album that got to #22, despite having a hit single and another top 40 single.

It was released on December 15th though... top 10 sales were huges

everybody was predicting #2,#3 so...

That was after it had gone to #1 on iTunes and Apple Music. The way the campaign was going for the past few months was suggesting it was going to be D.O.A this week. Top 5 is fine enough.

Nicki has just released the video for Ganja Burn and its great, so hopefully that will give her a little boost.

I can see the album having decent longevity if they get it right with singles, its a fantastic album imo.

They were? Personally #5 seems spot on really, she doesn't seem to have the same streaming power as a lot of urban artists for whatever reason. The Pinkprint didn't exactly sell bucketloads either (I know its low peak came during Xmas season etc). At best I think she can hope for a run like Cardi's album but I can see it dropping off quicker actually.

Nicki's last album, The Pinkprint, opened with 17,604 when it debuted at #22 (which was Christmas week). I suspect Queen could clear 10k by the end of the week, assuming usual streaming data is missing at this point, which isn't too bad considering the lack of hype comparitively speaking.
You do realise those sales are strictly streaming and downloads only for Nicki, right? Her physical hasn't been released yet (unless some came in today). I'm really surprised she's top 5 in the albums in all honesty, I was thinking top 15 at best this week. She'll probs end up at like #9 or something, but that's still good going for her I'd say.
Considering how dead the chart has been lately. Next week will see debuts from Marshmello & Bastille, Calvin and Sam Smith, Jess Glynne and probably a few newbies from the Ariana album
So there wasn't any data missing in Monday's update? If there was, she'd probably improve comparing to Miles Kane and some others.

We don't know - if we knew for sure there wasn't any we'd put "none" but we don't have that data right now.

And Camila is coming to smash w Real Friends too

This seems hideous on paper

When you consider Bastille recently had a hit with Craig David, and Marshmello recently had a hit with Selena Gomez, what a collaboration looks like on paper does not necessarily turn out to be how the song actually is. These two artists know how to make unlikely collaborations successful.

Yes also Madonna's 60th on Thursday so what are the odds she put's out her new single on that date

I don't know, but the odds of any Madonna single entering the chart next week are unlikely

(she would probably miss the top 40 though, Living For Love only made it because of the infamous BRITS performance)

Yep, that's pretty much my exact line of thinking there.
