It's very Selena Gomez and Julia Micheals lite - except not as effortless and even more devoid of personality.

 

I'm so confused by the editing of the video, as well as the cringeworthy moments where she is singing directly to the camera. A lot of her career has succeeded on her charisma - bizarre to see her in something where she has very little.

 

 

I refuse to believe Miranda Cooper, the woman who wrote 'Graffiti My Soul' and 'Swinging London Town', has had anything to do with this. It's terrible!

As for 'Love Made Me Do It' I am rather disappointed with the production on this tbh.....when I heard it was on the 3Beat dance label and it was hyped on this thread as a 'dancepop banger' I was expecting the house influenced sound 3Beat usually are associated with these days but the production is not as dancey as I had hoped and a bit too minimal in style for my liking. The song itself (lyrics and Cheryl's vocal) though is good I think.
