I have avoided a “greatest hits” record for a long time. I’ve always thought of those records as a way of saying, “Welp, it was fun while it lasted” and that stressed me out. We live in a new music world now though and having people be able to find songs they love faster and easier seems like a great idea. We’re proud & excited that this is the list of songs that built the band for 25 years. Hope they take you to as many great memories as they take us.

'Drops Of Jupiter' will always and forever be THAT song

They've had quite a few MOR bops.

Up until 2010, this could have been released as a single. Perhaps the most surprising turn-around for a band to end up warranting a Greatest Hits collection.

(Yes, I know they had more hits in America prior to "Hey, Soul Sister").

Indeed. Brilliant song, by fa their best imo. 'Drive By' I do quite like though, I did find it weird at the time that it became such a big hit in the UK with no Radio 1 play listing.

I find drops of Jupiter pretty overrated but it is a good listen. Hey soul sister will always be THAT track by them.

Also shame they didn't include mermaid on the listing.

I know Greatest Hits are becoming a thing of the past but just realized this missed the Top 100!

It is disappointing it performed so badly.

I thought it may get a low peak like Maroon 5 achieved with their singles collection but went on to build good sales.

Has it had any promotion? I know Radio 2 playlisted ‘Call Me Sir’, but other than that it’s all been abit low key. Hope they can get a performance somewhere to promote it!
