They will surely do more than 10k the next 4 days of sales and 5 days of streaming.

I suppose they likely will simply due to the time of year but they seem very frontloaded!

Wonderful to see Mariah Carey top 10 with All I Want For Christmas Is You.

Take That doing more than good on week 2,i am happy with the sales achieved at this point.

Disappointing for Clean Bandit album.

Was gonna say that to the poster that said there's no big names releasing - only Adele and Ed can rescue them these days. Next Ed album will be November - the music industry/label will insist lol.
Wonder how high Mariah would be already if she wasn’t on ACR.
Very poor album chart/sales. Where's Adele when you need her?
She's due to release a new album next year, supposedly in time for Christmas 2019.

Album sales really are abysmal. At this rate more supermarkets are just going to stop stocking albums or at least they will carry only a very narrow selection. A decade ago my local Asda used to have an entertainment (CD & DVD) department which stocked just about every new release. Now the albums they sell are stocked on one display and are more or less limited to the top 20 plus a small amount of back catalogue.

ACR ain’t doing a good job blocking Mariah from the top 10

I think Mariah going top 10 was always on the cards with her streams. The song is still getting more downloads than any other xmas track too, so it deserves to chart. What the OCC are more concerned with is making sure the entire top 10/20 isn't bombarded with christmas hits killing all current songs. We will still probably have at least 5 in the top 20 but not an overwhelming number.

That is a very worrying drop for Rita Ora in the album chart.

Dalton at 23 is a strong start considering its late release and welcome back to the charts Leona Lewis.

Glad to see "One More Sleep" at #64 in the midweeks despite being on ACR! Gives me hope it'll manage top 40 quite comfortably come Christmas.
ASIB above Little Mix :o
Yesterday, ASIB soundtrack had a "One Day Only Price Crash" and was being sold for £6.99. Jess Glynne was today, so I suspect she'll also find some kind of boost too.
Little Mix are really under performing, when it only takes 10k to be close to the top 5 being at 14 is pretty poor.

Me and Liam are talking about this in the LM forum.

I'm really not concerned yet. They're likely to climb by the end of the week. Album sales all around are dreadful, even for those that have had big promo (Take That, Ezra etc.) They've had 2 primetime promo opportunities (one the 2nd week WLM was released and the other was opening weekend of the album) so far, whilst a few of the acts above them have had lots. Name alone with a track as divisive as a track like WLM is only gonna get so far, especially for a pop act (i.e. not an act aiming for the oaps etc..)

They have Strictly this coming weekend and Graham Norton the following Friday. I feel like they are yet to peak sales wise now that the big promo is starting for them.

Sales are dreadful all around not just LM.

Wonder how high Mariah would be already if she wasn’t on ACR.

Well this time last year she was at #4 (14K) in the midweeks - so probably there.

Mariah would be #2 without ACR!

So acr could be the reason she doesnt finally go to number 1

Oh my crazy that Mariah would be @2

Without ACR Mariah would potentially be number1 this week or next week based on how the song is performing now.

If Mariah actively promoted she could move away from ACR is this correct?

If my assumption is correct, does Leona Lewis overcome ACR as she actively promoted One More Sleep This week?
