i really like this :o maybe it's because i didn't expect anything amazing but it's a very good song / video package. i really can't complain!

Ooh this is really infectious! I've read the production being compared to a ringtone, and I totally hear that... but I enjoy it :cool:

 

I felt like it would be sacrilegious to say that I feel that both Miley & Lana outshine Ariana on this track, but having read through the thread it seems a few others agree. Don't get me wrong, she sounds great! However, Miley really attacks her verse (perfect description from Jade!), while Lana's bridge is just... *chef's kiss* :wub: While I understand the criticism that Lana's section sounds like it could belong to a different song, I actually like that change of pace... it adds another layer, some drama.

 

I enjoyed the video. Although again, I feel like Miley & Lana's set ups were more interesting than Ariana's. :kink:

I hope it goes to #1 eventually even if it doesn’t debut there.

 

It’s up on Spotify today though isn’t it. But still only #12 on Apple Music.

Gutted it's not going to debut at #1 but with Ed going on ACR soon, hopefully it stand a chance? I hope so but I doubt it.

The thing that's really baffling is that the movie isn't released until last week of Nov! So it'll be hard to keep the hype of the movie up for that long.

Yeah, I think they released it too early maybe. A couple of weeks before would've been better!

Maybe she's releasing another single in November?

Yeah, if this is the main single for the movie, it is a little odd, as the movie opening week would have given it a huge boost. So many soundtrack songs peaked in the movie release week. They should have released it 3 weeks before the movie.

Pleasantly surprised by this on first listen! Definitely a good choice for the film!

 

Although if I didn't know beforehand who it was, I'd have thought it was a Britney track!

Obsessed with Lana and Miley's verses. Ariana's verse is okay but feels a bit flat in comparison...
