July 25, 20196 yr Shakespear’s Sister totally missed a trick not releasing on vinyl - their older fan base would have been all over it. But I guess I never thought I’d see another SS album in the charts so it’s good to see them up there even if it will end up a 17-out release :drama: Agreed. I would have purchased it on vinyl. Won't bother with CD.

However they have already sold more than Bananarama’s last album from April which was released on vinyl and had lots of promotion the week it was out. Sold less than 3k and reached no29. July 25, 20196 yr I really wish they had done too. However they have already sold more than Bananarama’s last album from April which was released on vinyl and had lots of promotion the week it was out. Sold less than 3k and reached no29. And so they should with a Greatest Hits - a vinyl could have really bolstered their first week sales, shame it’s going to only hang around for a week.
