Those who wrote to the EU earlier this week begging for a deal to get us out and avoid no deal.

Perhaps I suppose, I just think it's a silly move when in all likelihood the chance of No Deal is very slim and if you hold it off a few months you've got Boris Johnson against the rocks as he didn't get us out of the EU by the October 31st. Likewise some of the purists will still see No Deal as achieveable. There will be a few rebels of course, but not sure there is the numbers still when it comes down to it.

It’s insane to me how so many people just want to ‘get it done’ to end the Brexit conversation. How is it not obvious that this is just the beginning?
Cameron opened Pandora’s box. Brexit will never end. If we leave there’s decades of trade talks and consequences ahead of us. If we remain then there’s still the racism that the vote brought to the fore and the need to solve the systematic failings of the uk that lead to the vote in the first place

Well everyone's fed up of hearing about it so let's get it done, get the people's will implemented and look forward to a great brighter future outside the shackles of the EU.

You've been spending too much time reading Leave.EU.

I have never ever even been on that website.

If it happens, it will be in the news for YEAAARS you moron!

Indeed. A huge can of worms was opened. I also don't think it's been mentioned enough how the current governments actions reflect internationally - devious, sneaky, unreliable, untrustworthy. Not great attributes to be known for when you have to begin trade talks with the rest of the world.

Some Brexiteers are so smug but they don't realize it's own goal after own goal. Takes cutting your nose of to spite your face to a new level.

Most of the northern MPs Johnson needs would t be exactly pro Corbyn so would want a deal to leave to sturdy their own constituency support and just move on!

Why do assume that all the failings are on the UK's side? If the EU was flawless then it could not have been spun into the opponent that Leave have portrayed it as, in the first place...

I didn’t think you were that naive.

I didn’t think you were that naive.

*I'm naive*?

I'm not the one who thinks the EU is infallible. :teresa:

Assuming you *don't* actually believe that, then you automatically acknowledge that it has faults, which is all that I was trying to point out. We just disagree over whether its faults outweigh its benefits.

They work cooking and as waiters/waitresses, take-aways, pizza delivery drivers, cleaning houses for the rich. We know some!

And do you want them deported?

The appearance of both are/were justified by being chosen by the British electorate as its national representatives to an international parliament. I doubt that Katie Hopkins could even get elected to a village fete.

Quite something isnt it though when Farage is the single politician with the most appearances, despite always representing minority parties, in a country with essentially a two party system.

And do you want them deported?

Not really but most aren't paying any tax as it's cash in hand. They should be paying tax. My wife does and NI.

The EU has nothing to do with our failing public services. The blame for our public services being a bag of shite isn’t immigrants it’s the UK governments needless austerity agenda. This is not complicated. It’s not rocket science. It’s not opinions or partisan viewpoints. It’s a cold hard fact. Health, Education, Social Housing, Council Services. All things that are funded solely by the UK Government and nothing to do with the EU or EU Law.

The EU has a multitude of flaws but it’s far from the source from all our problems as a country. Leaving won’t solve any of these issues in the slightest.

Government statistics state that migrants contribute more in taxes than they use in public services. So pack in this bullshit lazy racist daily mail narrative right now.

It's an extreme hard Tory brexshit worse than Mad May's deal. It's not getting passed. Sorry.
