I'm so happy with that result! Wish Roman was 2nd but I'm over the moon for Jac, I think she deserved to win more than anyone, when she got all emotional talking about how she's come out a new person and knows herself better now etc I found myself tearing up too, she is such a star

There's loads of outraged Andy fans spewing hate on twitter and I still don't know what they all saw in him that made him more deserving?? He was so dull right until the very end

Jacqueline definitely had the best story arc throughout the series. It felt like she overcame the most and was the protagonist in the same way the likes of Scarlett and Vicky were presented to be
It didn't feel like there was an obvious winner this year compared two the prior two series', so well done to Jac. Would have preferred Andy, but she definitely deserved the win, especially after the final trial.

Bit harsh to call Andy dull throughout the whole thing. I agree he's not gone on a journey like some of the others, but you can't deny he's one of the most genuine and naturally funny guys in there. His reaction to Caitlyn not knowing Mr. Brightside really sums up how he is

Very happy Jacqueline won there - you could see how much she couldn't believe and just how much the whole experience meant to her. Bit nervous for her to face the papers and all that's been out about her and her relationship, but for that brief moment it's so nice to see someone's reaction to something that means so much to her and all the campmates have hit the nail on the head when she just needs to realise she is amazing and is capable of so much!

Also very happy that Roman was top three - I'm surprised how much he's been affected by this experience considering he's come from a celebrity upbringing and been exposed to so many amazing things in life already! Also very down to earth and very charismatic without being overbearing like some of the others. He's been a gentlemen and a real supporter of his fellow campmates and he's proved he's way more than just a faceless Capital presenter. I reckon he'll move onto bigger and better things as a result of this. I'd imagine some more major presenting roles in the TV industry?

Couldn't believe Andy was as low as 1/11 with one bookie this evening and Jac never really got lower than 3/1.

Just goes to show!

I didn't watch much of the series to be fair but Andy really didn't strike me as very interesting at all from what I saw of him. Glad that Jacqueline beat him. x

You might think it's harsh but it's just my opinion, I didn't think he was funny at all (like being surprised someone doesn't know a song isn't a comical moment???), nice enough guy I'm sure and him swinging on the hammock was cute but he really didn't stand out to me and should have probs left after Myles imo, Roman had more to offer with being "genuine and naturally funny" and I found myself rooting for him more in his trials whereas I didn't really for Andy, he was just kinda there for me ‍♀️ I even preferred Kate because she was the underdog of the season, her conversations with everyone were always interesting etc so sure she had a story too but she was also more entertaining to watch. Don't get me wrong, I don't dislike Andy I just don't see him as being this iconic comical character that was robbed of a win the way a lot of people seem to but then maybe that's because I've never seen Corrie

I just think Andy was basically Kirk, not dull just not worthy of winning for me. So happy for Jacqueline, didn't expect her to do it at all

I bet it's a real moment for her, she needs that show of support and she bossed everything thrown at her despite her fears and struggles throughout.

I’m so happy for Jaqueline she’s a well deserved winner imo . She went on such a journey in there and brought a lot to the series . Also her final interview interview/speech with Ant and Dec was really heartfelt !

Totally agree, delighted for her.

Gagging for the stats tbh

Harry's lead was big last year, I wonder if it will have been close between Jacqueline and Andy

Andy was honestly so dull. He was literally only popular with people who watch Corrie. They were voting for a Corrie character  I've never seen it, so for me he was just really dull.

Jacqueline is a deserving winner, very much a journey.

Andy seemed like a very nice person and good sense of humour but never to me felt a winner.

I don't understand any dislike for Andy... I don't think he was Kirk as such, possibly more that it showed he doesn't have to do much acting in his day job! But he was a nice guy and he did make me laugh a few times which is more than most of them did this year, I liked it when Caitlyn was talking about her cars and he said he'd got a new Kia

What’s people’s predictions for Jacs winning %?

I’m predicting maybe by around 10-15%?

Also feel like Caitlyn could’ve topped the first vote off, and Andy and perhaps Roman too each could’ve won one as well. I do feel Caitlyn May have been more popular in the first few votes than at least one of Roman and Andy though and then when they grew she slipped due to the edit showing her less.

Be so interesting to see who’s “it might be you” were actually the second least voted for as well.

I would like to think Jacqueline had a comfortable win.

I look forward to the stats becoming available.

Final vote percentages

Jac - 50.6%

Andy - 49.4%
