October 9, 20196 yr Mika is quite an of his time type artist. Big debut but his new release I had no idea of until I seen it on this forum I suppose others may have been the same.
October 9, 20196 yr Mika's new album was never going to be a success. His popularity has declined significantly on every release since his debut and i don't see that he will be able to reverse the trend anytime soon.

October 9, 20196 yr Mika's most successful market has been in France - all studio Albums have peaked in top 2. The reviews of this Album have actually been quite good, deserves better in my opinion although admittedly I have only listened to once.

October 9, 20196 yr I actually thought Mika was French, just realised he's from the UK :D He's Lebanese-British, and he speaks 7 languages fluently including arabic.... Too bad he's no longer popular in the UK, but he still is huge in many other markets... Edited October 9, 20196 yr by Dark Horse
October 9, 20196 yr I've bought every Mika album, including this one, and they're all good. It's a shame he only had one and a bit eras of success here. His last album No Place In Heaven was brilliant - his best since his debut for me - and this one is decent too, at least the first half is. The second half isn't quite as interesting.
