It's a bonus track from his self-titled 2006 album and the chorus is 'c*nts are still running the world'. I think it was broadcast during Glastonbury 2006 all over the festival site:

 

 

Actually a pretty decent song from a really good album that is well worth your time if you like Pulp.

Hope Jarvis Cocker does well. I don't think he's had a solo top 40 hit...
