Appropriate title in these social distancing times! Stay at home Ruby!

Dua lipa has revealed this afternoon that her album is now coming out this Friday and new single “Break my heart” is coming out on Wednesday. I believe this is due to a leak.

Yap, Perfect album and perfect single.

Yes the teaser for “Break my heart” sounds promising 🔥

I think she should have left single release for Friday as well for better/higher chart peak but then Dua has shown longevity over and over again!!!

Yeah, I don't think she's the sort of artist that relies on a good first week peak - her recent songs tend to naturally mature over time and sell consistently for a while. Releasing the single on a Wednesday means the playlists will be ready for it come Friday and it will still stand out above the rest of the album.

BRING IT ON.

Oooo Little mix just announced to be releasing friday wonder how that will even do , will probably get drown by Dua mania

Surprising Little Mix haven't postponed, it's not like they can promote it and they're an artist that relies heavily on promotion.

Why is that random track from David Jordan back?! Ugh. I never understood the hype for that song.

I don't think any acts rely on promotion anymore? It's all playlisting positions. I really hope they get good positions and support from streaming playlists!

Sure, playlisting is a big factor but pop acts do generally do some form of promotion too, whether it's radio interviews or TV shows or whatever. I'm sure the lack of that kind of promotion will have some effect on how well singles perform, though perhaps not as significantly as I think.

Lmao at David Jordan!

It’s presumably back because there’s a video which has seemingly gone viral, of some old woman dancing in her dressing gown outside her house and grinding on her drain pipe
