No, 2 and a half years ago with Despacito :P

(also I ask this every time and I still have no understanding - why is a return to #1 such a bad thing????)

I don't know it's just me being stupid

Well, it's being shipped from UK and ordered from UK store...that was my logic lol.

I mean if that was the case then all Spotify streams would logically go to the Swedish chart :kink:

5SOS also have new exclusive bundles for the UK with voice notes. A percentage of the price also is going to charity. It's Over.

Ugh someone cancel them already.

Oh come on I don't think that's in the same context lol.

Isn't Spotify just the same as iTunes?!

All I was thinking was that if I am checking out a product from UK store, I would think that sale item would count as purchased in UK.

Dua looks like she'll probably have an easy ride to climb to #1 next week even if she doesn't get it this week, unless there's some surprise release next week it's looking like an entirely dead week. I hope she will manage to beat 5SOS there this week anyway though of course.

Do we know if the missing HMV sales definitely include their online sales? (Not sure if online vs. in-store sales would be reported separately - in-store sales would obviously not be a thing this week).

Of course I was expecting them to come up with something and maximize their first week sale.

Can't wait for their drop from #1 out of top 20 on their second week!!!

They’ve been continually adding more and more bundles to capture as many sales - their marketing has been spot on especially with the signed poster and personalised voice note from the band.

A good week for Greatest Hits/Catalog albums.

Doing a lot better as more are streaming, always do well but this self isolation is making it better and more noticeable!

Hope Dua gets to the top spot, would make sense with her rising star with this campaign.

Can anyone please explain why the Polish performer Hania Rani is all of a sudden so high in the album midweeks.? Earlier today I discovered quite by chance that her album was in the amazon Top Bestsellers. It is really impressive for me as Polish artists hardly ever enter the UK Album chart (Basia in the 80s and 90s, Behemoth and Riverside only, to the best of my knowledge).
Interesting the Bob Dylan is #48 in the Midweeks with his 16 minute song. If it stays top 75 by the end of the week, it will be his first charting single with new material in 10 years.
Looks like both 5SOS and Dua's teams are pulling out all the stops, it's quite an exciting chart race we're being treated to. Just a shame the sales aren't a bit higher I guess.
The one on Amazon is Limited Edition, the CD is actually coloured pink :D which I just bought, in the end I just bought myself a birthday present as I probably won't get it till Monday, my actual birthday

The one on her site, its probably a standard CD for £4.99 + signed card

Do you think it's actually signed by her or just a printed card?

As far as I'm aware there's only one version of the Dua CD in the UK... the vinyl is pink though.
